This skill handles only WinUI 3 / Windows App SDK-specific control APIs. Controls with the same names such as Button / TextBox / NavigationView are separate APIs unrelated to apple-swiftui, ark-ui, chakra-ui, fandhe-frontend, and android-compose-components, and if other windows-* skills exist for Windows layout, window management, data binding, etc., those skills handle them.
