Step 1: Check the previous update commit

If the file does not exist, treat it as the first run and use the most recent commit as the baseline.
Step 2: Check the changes
git log <commit_hash>..HEAD --oneline
git diff <commit_hash>..HEAD --stat
Understand the changed files and their contents.
Step 3: Update CLAUDE.md
Update Current Skills
skills/ Get the list of directories underCLAUDE.md の ## Current Skills and update the section.

- Update the skill count:

Update Repository Structure
Update the structure tree when the following changes occur:

- Changes to the skill structure (Skill Anatomy)

With the retrieved information, update _/.last-update-docs :
