About this skill

my-team-setup — EO Studio team member one-click setup

When an EO Studio team member runs this right after installing Claude Code, it sets up the MCP servers needed for work + basic settings + team context all at once.

Execution flow

Phase 0: Pre-check

Automatically check the following items with Bash. If any item fails, guide the user and stop.

# 1. Claude Code CLI 설치 확인
claude --version

# 2. Node.js 설치 확인 (MCP 서버 실행에 필요)
node --version
3. Check that npm/npx is available

npx --version


**실패 시 안내**:
- Claude Code 미설치 → `npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code` 안내
- Node.js 미설치 → `brew install node` (Mac) 또는 https://nodejs.org 안내
- 모두 통과 → Phase 1 진행

### Phase 1: 팀원 정보 수집

AskUserQuestion으로 아래 3가지만 물어본다 (한 번에 모두):

  1. What is your name? (e.g., Seohyun)
  2. What kind of work do you mainly do? (e.g., finance, editing, business development, HR, marketing, development)
  3. Please select all the tools you use for work from the list below:
    • [a] Slack (messages, channel search)
    • [b] Notion (documents, wiki)
    • [c] Google Calendar (schedule management)
    • [d] Gmail (email search/drafting)
    • [e] Airtable (data management)
    • [f] ClickUp (project management)
    • [g] All of them!

### Phase 2: MCP 서버 설치

팀원이 고른 도구에 맞춰 MCP를 설치한다.

#### Cloud MCP (OAuth 기반 — API 키 불필요, 브라우저 로그인만)

Anthropic 관리형 MCP는 `claude mcp add --transport cloud` 명령으로 추가한다.
팀원이 브라우저에서 OAuth 인증만 하면 되므로 가장 쉬운 방식.

#### Local MCP (API 키 필요)

**Airtable 설치 절차**:
1. AskUserQuestion: "Airtable Personal Access Token이 있나요? (없으면 https://airtable.com/create/tokens 에서 생성)"
2. 토큰을 받으면:

After installing each Cloud MCP

claude mcp add When run, a browser opens and the OAuth authentication screen appears. Guide the team member: "Log in in the browser and click 'Allow' and it will connect automatically."

Phase 3: Enable plugins

Install basic plugins useful for EO team members:

For non-developers, skip plugin installation, and suggest additions only for developers:

Phase 4: Create team CLAUDE.md

Create a basic CLAUDE.md in the team member's working directory. Caution: If a CLAUDE.md already exists, never overwrite it.

In the team member's home directory, ~/.claude/CLAUDE.mdcreate only if it does not exist:

Phase 5: Verification + Completion

Error handling

Situation Response
claude No command Guide global npm installation + check PATH

No Airtable token Guide to the token creation URL, and explain that it can be added later

Precautions

  • This skill must be run on the team member's machine(not on Seohyun's machine)
  • Cloud MCP는 scope를 userset it to so it can be used in all projects
  • Never output sensitive API keys to logs
  • If a CLAUDE.md already exists, do not overwrite it
