My Meeting Digest

A skill that takes meeting notes generated by ClickUp AI Notetaker, converts them into Korean structured Markdown, and saves them eo-wiki/meetings/as assets in .

Pipeline

ClickUp AI Notetaker (자체 녹음+요약)
  → scripts/tools/clickup_meeting_notes.py
  → Claude가 한국어 변환 + 인사이트 추출
  → eo-wiki/meetings/YYYY-MM-DD_미팅명.md 저장

Execution flow

Step 1: Select meeting notes

If the user provides a ClickUp URL:

python3 scripts/tools/clickup_meeting_notes.py url "{URL}"

If run without a URL — select from the list:

python3 scripts/tools/clickup_meeting_notes.py list 15

Ask the user for a number and have them select.

Step 2: Save original

Save the selected meeting notes as-is:

python3 scripts/tools/clickup_meeting_notes.py save {DOC_ID}

Save path: ~/Documents/eo-wiki/meetings/YYYY-MM-DD_미팅명.md

Step 3: Generate Korean digest

Read the original file and save the Korean digestwith the structure below in the same directory. Filename: YYYY-MM-DD_미팅명_digest.md

Step 4: Reflect memory context

Compare the key decisionsin the digest against existing memory files.

Rules

  • No creating new files (without user confirmation)
  • Only update existing memory files performed automatically
  • If a new project/topic appears → confirm "Shall I create a memory file?"

Process

  1. Extract decision/status-change items from the digest
  2. ~/.claude/projects/-Users-ash-Documents-eoash/memory/ match with existing files in
  3. If a matching file exists → propose a status update (add a line or change a checkbox)
  4. New topic with no match → ask the user "Shall I create a memory?"
  5. Temporary discussion (not a decision) → do not reflect in memory (preserve only in the eo-wiki digest)

Criteria: memory reflection O vs X

Key: "decided to ~" = memory, "talked about ~" = digest only

Step 5: Completion report

To the user:

  1. Saved file paths (original + digest)
  2. 3-sentence key summary
  3. Seohyun action item list
  4. Memory update details (what was reflected in which file)
  5. Confirm "Shall I also reflect it in Notion?" (if GHW)

Step 6 (optional): Reflect in Notion GHW page

If it is a GHW (Global Heads Weekly) meeting, after the digest is complete, confirm "Shall I also reflect it in Notion?"

If the user approves:

  1. scripts/lib/notion.py의 NotionWriter use
  2. Find the corresponding week's page in the GHW Notion DB (collection://2c274768-ec37-81b9-a773-000b8a63f034)
  3. Add digest key summary + action items to the Seohyun section
  4. Must be after user confirmation API call (feedback_notion_confirm rule)

Automatic notification (polling)

scripts/tools/meeting_digest_poll.pyWhen detects a new meeting note, notify via Slack DM.

Can be set to run automatically at 15-minute intervals via launchd. Notification target: Seohyun DM (SLACK_USER_ID: U04PJRXKM1Y)

Precautions

  • The original is generated in English by ClickUp AI Notetaker → the digest must be in Korean
  • Convert attendee names to Korean (Taeyong Kim → 김태용, etc.)
  • User confirmation is required when applying to Notion (feedback_notion_confirm rule)
  • The Transcript (full text) section is not included in the digest (preserved only in the original file)

  • CLICKUP_API_KEY: Set in eo-portal/.env.local
  • SLACK_BOT_TOKEN: Set in .env (Ash Bot app)
  • Save path: ~/Documents/eo-wiki/meetings/
  • ClickUp Workspace ID: 90181381526
  • Notion GHW DB: 2c274768-ec37-81b9-a773-000b8a63f034
