A skill that automatically updates the pending task checkboxes, installation status, and timestamps in project documents (CLAUDE.md, MEMORY.md).

Execution flow

Step 1: Assess current state

1. git log --oneline -10to check recent commit messages
2. git diff --stat HEAD~5to identify recently changed files
3. Collect per-project status data:
   • token-dashboard: ls src/lib/backfill/*.json | wc -l → number of installations
   • Other projects: check related status

Step 2: Update CLAUDE.md pending tasks

1. /Users/ash/Documents/eoash/CLAUDE.md의 ## 4. 현재 진행 상태 > ### 당면 과제 read the section
2. Compare the recent commits/changes identified in Step 1 against the checkbox items
3. Completed items: [ ] → [x]
4. Newly identified tasks: [ ]add as
5. 마지막 업데이트 update the date to today's date

Step 3: Update MEMORY.md

1. /Users/ash/.claude/projects/-Users-ash-Documents-eoash/memory/MEMORY.md read
2. Update the per-project installation status numbers (e.g., 8/27명 → based on the actual number of backfill files)
3. Add/update completed items
4. Update date

Step 4: Update per-project CLAUDE.md (if applicable)

If the project containing the changed files has a CLAUDE.md:

• token-dashboard/CLAUDE.md — number of team members, main file list, etc.
• finance-dashboard/CLAUDE.md — session completion records, etc.
• leave-dashboard/CLAUDE.md — checklist, etc.

Step 5: Review changes + commit

1. git diffto preview the changes
2. Show the changes to the user and request confirmation
3. Commit after confirmation: git add <변경파일들> && git commit -m "docs: 당면 과제 + 현황 업데이트"

Usage examples

/docs-sync
→ 최근 커밋 분석 → CLAUDE.md 체크박스 업데이트 → MEMORY.md 현황 갱신 → 커밋

/docs-sync token-dashboard
→ token-dashboard 관련 문서만 업데이트

Precautions

• MEMORY.md has a 200-line limit — keep only the index, details go in topic files
• When changing checkboxes, ensure existing completed items ([x])을 [ ]be careful not to revert to
• Installation status is based on the actual number of backfill files (no guessing)
