My Context Sync

A skill that gathers scattered information in one place and organizes it.

Collects recent information from Slack, Notion, Gmail, Google Calendar, ClickUp, and GitHub, and consolidates it into a single Markdown document.

Source 1: Slack

List of channels to collect:

Collection Method:

Execution Flow

When this skill is triggered, execute in the following order.

Step 1: Parallel Collection

7 sources simultaneously collect. Since there is no dependency between them, parallel execution is possible.

Each source collection is executed with a subagent (Task tool):

Step 2: Result Integration

Merge the collected information into a single document.

Integration rules:

  • Separate into sections by source
  • In each section, select "Highlights" (no more than 3 important items)
  • Gather and organize action items at the bottom of the document
  • For sources that failed to be collected, record the reason along with a "Collection Failed" indication

Step 3: Save Document

Save the result file.

Report the execution results to the user.
