MixSeek Workspace Initialization

Overview

Initializes the workspace directory structure for MixSeek-Core. Creates directories for storing team settings, evaluation settings, logs, etc., and guides you through setting environment variables.

Prerequisites

• Write permission for the target directory
• Environment variable MIXSEEK_WORKSPACE is set (recommended)

Usage

Step 1: Check the workspace path

Check the workspace path with the user:

1. If the environment variable MIXSEEK_WORKSPACE is set, use its value
2. If it is not set, ask the user for the desired path
3. If no path is specified, suggest the current directory

Step 2: Create the directory structure

Run the following script to create the directory structure:

bash skills/mixseek-workspace-init/scripts/init-workspace.sh <workspace-path>

Or manually create the following directories:

mkdir -p <workspace-path>/configs/agents
mkdir -p <workspace-path>/configs/evaluators
mkdir -p <workspace-path>/configs/judgment
mkdir -p <workspace-path>/configs/presets
mkdir -p <workspace-path>/logs
mkdir -p <workspace-path>/templates

Step 3: Guide the user through setting environment variables

After initialization is complete, guide the user through setting environment variables:

export MIXSEEK_WORKSPACE=/path/to/workspace

Creating a new workspace

User: MixSeekのワークスペースを初期化して

Agent: ワークスペースパスを確認します。
       MIXSEEK_WORKSPACE環境変数が設定されていません。
       どのディレクトリをワークスペースにしますか？
       現在のディレクトリ（/home/user/projects/my-project）でよろしいですか？

User: はい

Agent: ワークスペースを初期化します...
       [スクリプト実行]

       以下のディレクトリ構造を作成しました:
       ✓ configs/agents/
       ✓ configs/evaluators/
       ✓ configs/judgment/
       ✓ configs/presets/
       ✓ configs/presets/claudecode.toml (プリセットコピー)
       ✓ logs/
       ✓ templates/

       環境変数の設定を推奨します:
       export MIXSEEK_WORKSPACE=/home/user/projects/my-project

       シェル設定ファイル（.bashrc/.zshrc）に追加することで永続化できます。

Adding to an existing directory

User: このディレクトリをmixseekのワークスペースにして

Agent: 現在のディレクトリ（/path/to/dir）をワークスペースとして初期化します。
       既存のファイルは保持され、必要なディレクトリのみ作成されます。
       よろしいですか？

User: はい

Agent: [既存ファイルを保持しながら不足ディレクトリを作成]
       完了しました。

Troubleshooting

Write permission error

Error: Permission denied: /path/to/workspace

Solution:

1. Check the owner of the directory: ls -la /path/to/workspace
2. Change permissions: chmod 755 /path/to/workspace
3. Or select another directory for which you have write permission

Conflict with existing files

This skill does not overwrite existing files. If the directory already exists, it will be skipped.

Environment variables are not recognized

Restart the shell or reload the configuration file:

source ~/.bashrc  # bash
source ~/.zshrc   # zsh
