Use the existing CLI; do not write a separate web upload flow. The account name is a local session alias.

Currently only videos are supported; image-text posts and scheduled publishing are not supported. The title can be at most 30 characters; the cover should be smaller than 5 MB. If a QR code appears during login, display the QR code image for the user to scan. For complete parameters, refer to sau weibo upload-video --help .
Before publishing, verify the account, video, title length, description, tags, and cover. After submission, report results only based on actual platform feedback; if there is a timeout or the status is unclear, first confirm the original post in the Weibo backend and do not upload again.
