Examples

In-App Notifications
- Brief: one sentence.
- Dismissible.
- Actionable: link to the relevant context.
- Timestamp.
Email Notifications
- Subject line: specific event. "Sarah left a comment on Project X."
- Body: context + quote/preview + CTA button.
- Unsubscribe link (required by law, make it easy).
- Batching: consolidate frequent events into digests.
Frequency Rules
- Let users control notification frequency.
- Default to less, not more.
