What happened
The PPT toolchain was merged on 2026-08-07: ppt-creator / slides-creator / html-to-ppt / the project-embedded pptx_builder four tools were merged into a single entry point deck-creator. This skill's methodology has been fully merged into deck-creator's Route A · narrative(First Law user's own words first + ABCDEFG narrative discussion + baoyu image-track delegation protocol
- code editable track + four-layer directory governance).
What different users should do

Why the merge
Fragmentation (5 PPT tools) has caused real routing failures: when the agent knew only some of the candidates, it proposed an option that had been rejected by the client. This skill's First Law and directory governance are still the core of deck-creator Route A—the capability has not disappeared, it has moved.
