File Management

Save all files to the posts/YYYY/MM/DD/[slug]/ directory:

posts/2026/01/07/ai-agent-guide/
├── outline-a.md # 方案A
  • [slug] Generated based on the article topic, using lowercase English + hyphens
  • Directory Conflict Handling: If the slug directory already exists, regenerate a different slug, do not overwrite the existing directory
  • Each proposal is an independent file, making it easy to compare and choose
  • Source Material Saving: Save the user-input source material in order as source-1.md、source-2.md...

Workflow

Step Zero: Save Source Material

After receiving the source material, immediatelysave it to the corresponding directory:

  1. Generate slug (lowercase English + hyphens)
  2. Check whether the directory exists:
    • If posts/YYYY/MM/DD/[slug]/ does not exist → create the directory
    • If it already exists → regenerate a different slug based on the article content (name it from a different angle), do not overwrite the existing directory
  3. Save the source material as source-1.md(multiple source materials numbered sequentially)
  4. Then continue with the subsequent steps

Step One: Call the Analysis Skill

After saving the source material, you mustcall the article analysis skill for in-depth analysis.

During analysis, focus on:

  • Core arguments and key concepts
  • Background context and the author's stance
  • Reusable frameworks and value points
  • Argumentative gaps or points open to critique
  • Writing techniques (if requested by the user)

Step Two: Determine the Writing Strategy

Based on the analysis results, plan from the following dimensions:

Dimension Options
Narrative style Rational analysis type / story-driven type / dialogue commentary type / practical guide type
Entry angle Technical principles / business value / user impact / industry landscape / controversial reflection
Content focus Panoramic interpretation / focus on the core / deep dive into details / critical reflection
Length positioning Short (800-1200 words) / medium (1500-2500 words) / long (3000+ words)

Narrative skeleton references:

  • New product/technology: what it is → what it solves → how it is achieved → what it means
  • Industry trends: what changed → why → what happens next
  • Figure viewpoint: who this person is → core viewpoint → argumentation logic → my opinion
  • Technical principles: conclusion → analogy to build intuition → principles → application
  • Controversial topic: what the controversy is → viewpoints of all sides → my judgment
  • Scenario-driven type(Suitable for opinion pieces and commentary): Situational immersion → Reveal the problem → Analyze the causes → Give a judgment
    • Open with a specific scene to draw readers in, rather than stating your opinion directly
    • Note: The opening should be restrained; avoid excessive dramatization, and use specific details rather than exaggerated rhetoric
  • Story-driven type(Suitable for opinion pieces, experience sharing, methodology): Introduce with a specific story → Reveal the problem → Exploration process → Solution → Elevation
    • Open with a real story (your own or a friend's)
    • Draw a universal issue out of the story
    • Show your own thinking and exploration process
    • Provide a solution or tool
    • End with a single elevating line (using a quote for leverage)
    • Example:
  • Process-showcase type(Suitable for tutorials, creation sharing, retrospectives): Show the result → Decision process → Iteration details → Abandoned drafts → Method summary
    • Start by showing the final result (give readers a concrete impression)
    • Gradually unfold the key decision points (why you chose this way)
    • Show the iteration process (from the first version to the final version)
    • Show the discarded options and the reasons
    • Summarize a reusable methodology

Reference for viral structure formulas (optional):

Formula Structure Suitable scenarios
Problem-solution style Problem → Cause → Solution → Elevation Tutorials, solution-oriented pieces
Story-insight style Story → Conflict → Turning point → Insight Experience sharing, case analysis
Subversion-reconstruction style Subvert cognition → New perspective → Rebuild understanding Opinion pieces, speculative pieces
Comparison-inspiration style Comparison → Contrast → Cause → Inspiration Product comparisons, trend analysis
Data-elevation style Data impact → Deep dive → Case → Elevation Industry analysis, report interpretation

When designing the outline, you may refer to the above formulas, but they are not mandatory.

Step 3: Generate 2-3 outline options

Format for each option:

===== 方案 [A/B/C]:[定位一句话] =====

【风格定位】调性和适合场景
【叙事骨架】采用什么结构
【开头策略】用什么方式开头

【正文结构】
1. [小标题]:要点说明
2. [小标题]:要点说明
3. ...

【结尾策略】用什么方式收尾
【预估篇幅】约 xxx 字
【方案优势】适合场景/突出价值
【写作提示】重点展开/可省略/需补充内容

Emotional curve planning:

Design emotional ups and downs at the outline stage, and mark them in the [Body Structure]:

  • [共鸣点]: Here readers will think "I'm like this too"
Here readers will think "and then what"
Here it is suitable to cite authorities, classic theories, or cultural symbols
Here it is suitable for the finishing touch, a one-line closing

Example:

Option differentiation requirements:

  • Length difference: Condensed quick-read version vs in-depth analysis version
  • Angle difference: Technical principles version vs business insight version vs ordinary person's perspective version
  • Style difference: Serious analysis version vs story-based narration version
  • Audience difference: Professional reader version vs beginner-friendly version
  • Structure difference: Linear narrative version vs Q&A breakdown version vs multi-short-piece version
  • Opening difference: Information-first version vs situational immersion version vs story-introduction version
  • Narrative difference: Story-driven version vs information-first version vs process-showcase version
  • Fidelity differences: personal experience-focused version vs industry case-focused version

Step 4: Save and start parallel writing

  1. Create a separate file for each plan:

    • outline-a.md - Plan A
    • outline-b.md - Plan B
    • outline-c.md - Plan C (optional)
  2. Start writing agents in parallel

Start a separate writing task for each outline (use the Task tool to call writer-agent in parallel):

Task(subagent_type: "writer-agent") with prompt:
  source: posts/.../source-1.md
  analysis: posts/.../analysis.md
  outline: posts/.../outline-a.md

Each writer-agent runs independently and automatically saves the draft to draft-outline-{a/b/c}.md。

3 writing tasksexecuted in parallel, improving efficiency without using the main agent's context.

  1. Wait for the user to choose

After all drafts are complete, show the status of each plan:

写作完成!已生成 3 份草稿:

- 方案 A(深度解析版):draft-outline-a.md ✓

After the user says "choose plan X", call /polish to process the corresponding draft

Special case handling

  • The user says "start writing": start parallel writing for all plans
  • Thin source material: output only 2 plans and start 2 writing tasks
  • Obvious errors in the source material: point them out during the analysis phase and ask how to handle them
  • Source material with scattered viewpoints: consider splitting it into several independent short pieces, each with its own outline

Automatic execution rules

  1. Default to parallel writing: after generating all outlines, automatically start a writing agent for each outline
  2. Writing tasks are executed in parallel to improve efficiency
  3. After all drafts are complete, show the status and wait for the user to choose
  4. After the user chooses: call /polish to process the selected draft
  5. User intervention: pause before writing only when the user explicitly requests "let me choose the outline"
