Seed Design CLI

This is a skill used to reliably apply SEED Design CLI to a project.

Quick Start

1. seed-design.jsoncreates.
2. Add the required snippet with add or add-all.
3. compatchecks compatibility between the current project version and the snippet-required version.
4. If version compatibility is needed, --baseUrlspecify the matching registry with
