In a Feishu IM bridge conversationreply directly, do not use feishu im send。im send is only used for proactive notification to third parties.

Notes

• --as auto(default) REST bot preferred, automatically fall back to personal MCP if permissions are insufficient
• --as user user identity (requires user_access_token or personal MCP)
• --as bot REST bot identity only, no fallback
