About this skill

Audit Book Writing and Review Skill

A systematic workflow for writing comprehensive audit books and conducting thorough reviews with quality assurance.

Quick Start

When user requests to write an audit book:

  1. Initialize project with three core files:

    • CLAUDE.md - Writing guidelines and terminology standards
    • IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md - Staged execution plan
    • book_draft.md - Main book manuscript
  2. Follow the 7-phase workflow (see WORKFLOW.md)

  3. Use standard templates (see TEMPLATES.md)

  4. Apply 4-round review process for quality assurance

Core Principles

Writing Style

  • Use precise professional language: Audit terminology should be accurate and consistent
  • Cite authoritative sources: Audit standards, laws and regulations, regulatory documents
  • Every claim needs supporting evidence or references
  • Balance academic rigor with practical applicability
  • Maintain neutrality and objectivity

⚠️ DATA VERIFICATION PRINCIPLE (CRITICAL)

Absolutely forbidden to fabricate data or cite materials

Strict requirements for data and regulatory citations:

  1. Legal and regulatory citations:

    • ✅ Must use the legal and regulatory database for precise matching queries
    • ✅ When citing, must indicate the regulation name, article number, issue date, and effective date
    • ❌ Forbidden to fabricate or guess the content of legal provisions
    • ❌ Forbidden to cite uncertain or unverified regulations
  2. Statistical data citations:

    • ✅ Must use online tools (WebSearch) to query and indicate the source URL
    • ✅ Indicate the data publishing institution and publication time
    • ❌ Forbidden to fabricate or estimate statistical data
    • ⚠️ If accurate data cannot be found, must indicate: "[To be verified: this data needs to be manually checked and supplemented]"
  3. Case data citations:

    • ✅ Company names, dates, amounts, etc. in cases must be accurate
    • ✅ Sourced from public audit reports or regulatory documents
    • ❌ Forbidden to fabricate cases or invent facts
  4. Standards and criteria citations:

    • ✅ Must consult the original text of the standard or an authoritative source
    • ✅ Indicate the standard number, article number, and scope of application
    • ❌ Forbidden to cite from memory or speculation

Data query priority:

Priority 1: Legal and regulatory database → Use Grep to query in the converted regulatory database Priority 2: Online query → Use WebSearch/WebFetch to query authoritative websites Priority 3: Mark as pending verification → Clearly indicate that manual verification is required

Specifications for using query tools:

# 法律法规查询(优先)
Grep -pattern "关键词" -path="D:\project\审计书籍撰写\法律法规库\*.md"

# 统计数据查询(必须标注来源)
WebSearch "统计关键词 年份" + "来源网站"

Consequences of violations:

If fabricated data or cited materials are found, the entire chapter needs to be re-reviewed and corrected.
