Review the recipient agreement according to the review guidelines. Identify the agreement structure from the title and select the appropriate skill, such as confirm_routing if enabled, confirm with the user before continuing.

Instructions

1. Load the review guidelines. If placeholders exist, stop and prompt to run /commercial-legal:cold-start-interview. Also read ## 审查偏好 → confirm_routing。

2. Obtain the agreement: Obtain from a file path, cloud document link, contract management system ID, or pasted text.

3. Read the document structure—look at the title first. Extract the main agreement title and all exhibit/attachment titles. These are the routing signals.

4. Select a skill based on the document structure.

1. If enabled, confirm routing. If confirm_routing is true：

   Wait for confirmation. If confirm_routing is false: continue silently.

2. Run the skill. Fully execute each skill's workflow. If multiple skills apply, run them in sequence and consolidate the output into a single memo.

3. Check escalation: If any issue exceeds the reviewer's authority, invoke theEscalation Annotatorto route and draft an escalation note.

4. Provide follow-up actions: Stakeholder summary for the business owner, .docx with tracked changes, contract management system record creation, add to renewal register.
