Open a new investigation matter—run the case intake registration, generate an evidence source list, and create an ongoing investigation log.
Instructions
- Load
~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal-zh/employment-legal/CLAUDE.md。 - Run case intake mode:
- Record the source, time, and content of the complaint/report
- Determine the scope of the investigation and the key facts that need to be verified
- Generate an evidence source list (documents to be collected, persons to be interviewed)
- Create an investigation log file
- If an investigation matter with the same name already exists, warn before overwriting.
Investigation Workflow (Reference)
Basic procedures for internal investigations under Chinese law:
- Case intake: receive complaint/report → preliminary assessment → decide whether to initiate an investigation
- Evidence collection: collect written materials, electronic data, physical evidence, etc.
- Interviews: conduct separate interviews with the person complained about, the complainant, and witnesses
- Hearing statements and defenses: safeguard the right of the person complained about to make statements and defenses
- Investigation report: summarize the facts, evidence, and preliminary conclusions
- Disposition decision: make a disposition based on the rules and regulations and the labor contract
Confidentiality requirements (Article 38 of the Lawyers Law). Lawyers shall keep confidential state secrets and commercial secrets learned in the course of practicing law, and shall not disclose the privacy of the parties. Lawyers shall keep confidential relevant circumstances and information learned in the course of practicing law that the client and others do not wish to disclose.[法条原文]
Management of investigation materials:
- Investigation documents and logs shall be marked "Confidential · Internal Investigation"
- Distinguish investigation records from legal analysis opinions (the latter enjoy stronger confidentiality protection)
- Note: Under Chinese law, there is no independent protection system fully corresponding to the "attorney work product doctrine" under U.S. law. Courts have the authority to obtain relevant materials in accordance with law.
