Instructions
- Load the investigation log and run draft/update mode.
- If drafting for the first time, warn whether any high-priority sources in the evidence source list have not yet been obtained.
- If updating, show the changes before rewriting.
- Mark all output with "Confidential · Internal Investigation Work Product — Protected by Attorney-Client Privilege".
