Add data to the ongoing investigation log. Process document batches using the documented screening criteria, surface important matters, and record all reviewed content for coverage verification.
Instructions
- Load
~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal-zh/employment-legal/CLAUDE.md。 - Run add data mode:
- Append new data to the investigation log
- Evaluate according to screening criteria: Is it relevant to the investigation points? Is it important?
- Output the surfacing ratio and the list of surfaced matters
- After processing is complete, display the surfacing ratio and the list of surfaced matters.
- If the data covers an item in the evidence source list, prompt to update the list.
Evidence Screening Criteria
When adding data, evaluate according to the following dimensions:

| Importance | Will the evidence affect the investigation conclusion? |
Confidentiality Requirements
All added data is protected by the confidentiality obligation under Article 38 of the Lawyers Law.[法条原文] Note the distinction:
- Original materials (complaint letters, chat records, emails, etc.)—keep as is, do not modify
- Investigation analysis opinions—constitute attorney work product, mark as confidential
- Log entries—record the processing procedure, do not replace investigation analysis
