Run against the named skill skill-manager in the reference skill's disable workflow.
What disabling does:
- Rename the skill's
SKILL.mdtoSKILL.md.disabledso Claude no longer discovers it as an active skill. Files, references, templates, and configuration remain in place. - If the skill has hooks in
hooks/hooks.json, also rename that file tohooks.json.disabledso that no automatic triggers fire while the skill is disabled. - Record the operation to
~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal-zh/legal-builder-hub/install-log.yaml。
Safety rules:
- Only disable community skills installed through this hub. The same checks as uninstalling—consult the install log and the CLAUDE.md installed table.
- Never disable first-party plugin skills. Untouchable.
- Confirm before renaming. Show the path, get explicit consent.
Re-enabling: run the command again with the same skill name—the skill-manager workflow recognizes the disabled skill and reverses the renaming back.
The detailed uninstall, disable, and re-enable workflows are in
