Spacing Specifications

• Page margins: 60pt left and right, 40pt top, 30pt bottom
• Spacing between title and first content element: 25-35pt
• Spacing between cards: 16-24pt
• Bullet line spacing: SpaceAfter = 8-12
• Paragraph spacing: SpaceAfter = 16-20

Alignment Rules

• Elements in the same row must be top-aligned (same Top)
• Columns in a multi-column layout have equal width and equal spacing
• Titles are uniformly left-aligned (Left = 60)
• Numbers/data are center-aligned (Alignment = 2)
• Page title + body area maintain the same left margin

Font Specifications

• Chinese Font: Microsoft YaHei (preferred), Source Han Sans
• English/Number Font: The built-in English portion of Microsoft YaHei is sufficient
• Fonts are uniform throughout; no more than 2 fonts in the same PPT
• Numbers can be 2-4pt larger than the adjacent text to increase visual weight

Prohibitions

• ❌ More than 3 fonts on the same page
• ❌ More than 4 colors on the same page
• ❌ Text smaller than 11pt
• ❌ Content pressed against the page edge (minimum margin 30pt)
• ❌ Pure text with no decorative elements at all
• ❌ Cover page uses a white background (the cover must have visual impact)
