Feishu spreadsheet management: create spreadsheets, query spreadsheet metadata, and list worksheets.

Invocation

Invoke via the channel tool's action parameter:

Automatic execution principles

• folder_token optional: When creating a spreadsheet, if folder_token is omitted, it is created in the user's root directory; do not ask the user which folder to put it in.
• Smart title inference: When the user says "create a spreadsheet", automatically generate a title based on the context (e.g. "Data Report 2026-02-21"); do not ask the user what to name it.
• Zero-interaction query: After the user provides the spreadsheet_token, query directly; do not ask for confirmation again.
• No interactive menus: Do not give options for the user to choose from; directly perform the most reasonable operation.
• Chained automatic execution: After obtaining spreadsheet information, automatically list all worksheets so the user can see the complete structure at once.

Security level

• get_spreadsheet / list_sheets: L1 read-only, no approval required
• create_spreadsheet: L3 high impact, approval required
