Core Design Philosophy
Character design is not about drawing a good-looking appearance, but about telling the character's story through visual language. Good character design: the audience only needs one glance at the design to guess the character's personality, life experiences, and way of doing things.
Design Methodology:
- First define the face to determine good or evil: convey the character's tendency toward good or evil through the lines of the eyes, brows, mouth, and nose
- Then define the character through body shape: use body fat or thinness, and the softness or hardness of lines, to define the character's traits
- Let personality hide in every single line, rather than in surface decoration
- Use clothing, symbols, and color to reinforce the character setting; every piece of clothing carries the character's memories or experiences
Anti-Template, Anti-Formula Principles
- Reject perfect proportions; retain memorable "imperfect" features
- Avoid labeling (such as "aloof = ice-cold face," "lively = twin tails"); let temperament emerge naturally
- Every character must have a unique identifier that easily distinguishes them from passersby
- Character design must serve the narrative, not be good-looking for the sake of being good-looking
Function
Generate high-quality character design sheets, using the 16:9 horizontal three-view format:
- 16:9 horizontal three-view: the left half is a facial close-up, the right half is a full-body front, side, and back setting sheet, on a clean pure white background
Character Specific Appearance Description Design Requirements
- Basic information: height, regional information, gender, body type, apparent age, keywords for life experiences
- Facial features: face shape, facial features, makeup, expression, hairstyle, hair color, headwear (emphasize memorable features)
- Full-body outfit: top, bottoms, shoes, clothing materials, clothing color scheme (every piece of clothing must reflect the character's personality or experiences)
- Accessories (if any): jewelry, glasses, hats, backpacks, weapons, etc. (every accessory must carry the character's story)
- Temperament and demeanor: overall temperament, daily demeanor, standing posture and sitting posture (let personality emerge from posture)
When to Invoke
Invoke this skill when the user needs the following:
- Create character designs for film, television, animation, games, and other projects
- Generate character three-views for character setting reference
- Design character images for literary works such as novels and scripts
How to Use
16:9 Horizontal Three-View Format

Prompt requirements:
- 16:9 horizontal composition
- The left half area is a character facial close-up, and the right half area neatly arranges three full-body setting images
- The setting images include: front, side, back
- The proportions of all angles must be strictly consistent
- No text or watermarks may appear on the image
- Clean pure white background
- Emphasize the character's memorable points and recognizability features
