Default Settings

  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 horizontal.
  • Image Generation Method: Use the imagegen skill, which calls the built-in image_gen tool at the underlying level.
  • Background: Light mist blue, blue-gray, or silver-white gradient background, overlaid with extremely light geometric textures, ring textures, or honeycomb textures.
  • Primary Colors: Light blue-gray, mist blue, silver-white, dark gray-black; gold is used only for fine lines, rings, title accents, and key emphasis.
  • Art Style: Premium business PPT, company introduction template, brand promotion planning page, soft 3D disc spheres, semi-transparent information bars, fine metallic lines, and restrained negative space.
  • Text: Chinese short titles, short subtitles, module labels, and a small amount of explanatory text; avoid dense small text and unreadable decorative text.

Core Workflow

Step 1: Extract the content

Compress the user input into information suitable for expression in a single PPT image:

  • One main title in Chinese of 8 to 24 characters.
  • One short subtitle or core viewpoint of 12 to 32 characters; if the image does not need a subtitle, it can be omitted.
  • 2 to 5 main modules, steps, dimensions, or key points, with the number determined by the complexity of the content.
  • Each module keeps one short title and one short description, avoiding long paragraphs.
  • Determine whether a table of contents, process, proportion, central viewpoint, or conclusion hint is needed; if not needed, do not force it in.

If the user provides an article or long paragraph, first abstract it into structured key points, and do not directly copy the original text.

Step 2: Intelligently select the layout

Choose the most suitable PPT page type based on the content structure:

  1. Single-viewpoint cover: suitable for one core assertion, brand concept, chapter opening, or promotional proposition.
  2. Table of contents / key point list: suitable for 3 to 5 chapters, themes, capabilities, or steps.
  3. Process / planning path: suitable for from problem to solution, from insight to action, from input to result.
  4. Data / proportion explanation: suitable for percentages, stage weights, resource allocation, or capability proportions.
  5. Layered / matrix explanation: suitable for strategy breakdown, product capabilities, service systems, and course frameworks.

Do not force a fixed structure just to match the preview image; prioritize making the current content as clear as possible while maintaining the light blue and gilded business visual system.

Step 3: Organize the imagegen prompt

Prompt order:

  • If the user has not given a specific topic, first infer it from the context; if it truly cannot be inferred, ask only one necessary question.
  • Prioritize ensuring clear titles, comfortable white space, and a stable information hierarchy, and only then pursue decorative effects.
