Turn the user's new content into a 16:9 horizontal PPT image with a red-and-white government/enterprise report feel, and by default call imagegen skill / built-in image_gen tool to generate the image.
Effect Preview

assets/preview.png It is the 16:9 sample image the user confirmed as satisfactory when creating this Skill, used to display the target visual style. When generating new images later, there is no need to copy the preview image content; only reuse its corresponding visual system, layout language, and information organization method.
Default Settings
- Ratio: 16:9 horizontal.
- Image Generation Method: Use the
imagegenskill, which underlying calls the built-inimage_gentool. - Background: A clean base color from white to light pink-white, which may include very faint red gradients, thin dashed lines, small dots, and soft shadows.
- Primary Colors: True red, deep red, light pink-red, white; dark gray-black for main titles and body text, light gray for auxiliary lines and weak explanations.
- Art Style: Government/enterprise project report PPT, business review infographic, red-and-white data dashboard feel, rounded cards, ring data charts, red gradient circular nodes, linear icons.
- Text: Chinese short titles, short subtitles, module labels, key numbers, and a small amount of explanatory text; avoid long paragraphs, dense small text, and unreadable decorative text.
- Default Delivery: When the user wants images, image output, accompanying images, PPT images, or presentation pages, organize the final prompt and call
image_gen; when the user explicitly only wants the prompt, do not call image generation.
Applicable Scenarios
- Project milestone progress, phase results, business review, operational metrics, work scenario analysis, problem diagnosis, and action plans.
- Government/enterprise reporting, enterprise management, training courseware, consulting proposals, product advancement, data insights, and AI/Skills methodology breakdowns.
- Suitable for left-right comparison, top-bottom layering, center radiation, ring metrics, process steps, module matrices, and conclusion summary pages.
- The user wants to generate images in the same PPT style from new topics, new copy, or new structures, rather than redrawing the reference image.
Style Specifications
Canvas and Whitespace
- Default 16:9 horizontal, with stable margins on all sides, and the main content occupying 75% to 90% of the frame.
- The page information density is moderately high, but it must have a clear title hierarchy, section boundaries, and visual flow.
- A left red navigation bar, top title area, central circular visual anchor, right information cards, top-bottom comparison area, or horizontal process area may be used; the specific positions should be naturally chosen according to the content.
- Red areas are used to build recognition and emphasize key points; do not make the entire page a large-area red-background poster.
Background and Texture
- The background is mainly white, light pink-white, and very light gray, with local overlays of faint red gradients or light pink rounded base panels.
- A commonly used light pink rounded container carries the main content, with a 1px thin red stroke, a pale red shadow, and a slight glass highlight.
- Small top dots, thin dashed lines, short red lines, semi-transparent circles, data scales, and arc paths can be added to create a sense of order for project reporting.
- The overall look should be clean, formal, and trustworthy, like an enterprise project progress report or a government-enterprise data analysis page, not an exaggerated marketing poster.
Color System
- True red and deep red are used for the main visual, sidebar, circular nodes, percentages, key labels, and key connecting lines.
- Light pink is used for background containers, module base colors, auxiliary areas of ring charts, and weak emphasis surfaces.
- White is used for cards, white space, circular center areas, and text-bearing areas.
- Dark gray-black is used for main titles, module titles, and core explanations to ensure stable readability.
- Light gray is used for divider lines, auxiliary explanations, weak icons, and background decoration.
- The areas of red and light pink should have rhythm: strong red as anchors, light pink as support, and white space to ensure breathing room.
Layout Structure
The overall style is fixed as a red-and-white project progress report PPT, but the layout must be intelligently selected based on user content, not mechanically applying a single template. Common structures include:
- Project Overview Page: The left red information bar or top title area carries the theme, while the right side uses ring indicators, progress nodes, and cards to explain phase results.
- Left-Right Comparison Page: Use red circular nodes, VS markers, and top-bottom or left-right cards to compare problems and solutions, current state and goals, or inputs and outputs.
- Center Radial Page: A central red ring or large number carries the core viewpoint, while short cards around it explain scenarios, capabilities, indicators, or actions.
- Horizontal Process Page: Use red capsule labels, thin lines, arrows, or nodes to connect stages, steps, conversion paths, and optimization loops.
- Data Analysis Page: Use ring charts, percentage dots, key numbers, and explanation cards to express proportions, trends, priorities, or completion levels.
- Module Matrix Page: Use light pink containers and white rounded cards to organize multiple tasks, strategies, scenarios, or role assignments.
The number of modules, title positions, icon choices, number of ring layers, connection directions, and emphasis methods all vary with the content; as long as the red-and-white color scheme, light pink and white background, rounded cards, ring/circular data language, clear short copy, and project reporting temperament are maintained.
Graphic Language
- The core identity is red gradient circular nodes, ring percentage charts, arc paths, light pink rounded information areas, and white cards.
- Red vertical navigation bars, capsule labels, small top dots, short horizontal lines, thin dashed lines, arrows, indicator rings, and semi-transparent highlights can be used.
- Icons are mainly white or red linear icons, with symbols selected by theme such as projects, people, processes, goals, data, documents, tools, analysis, and iteration.
- Cards mainly use 6 to 12px rounded corners, light pink or white backgrounds, thin red strokes, and soft shadows, maintaining a business PPT template feel.
- Data graphics serve information expression and can use percentages, stage numbers, key results, or priority labels, but do not cram in complex charts.
Text Hierarchy
- The main title is recommended to be 8 to 22 Chinese characters, using a modern Chinese sans-serif bold font, in deep red, true red, or dark gray-black.
- Suggested subtitle length is 12 to 36 Chinese characters, using small dark gray or red for weak emphasis.
- Module titles are suggested to be 4 to 10 characters, and descriptions should be kept to a one-line short phrase as much as possible.
- Key numbers, percentages, and stage numbers can be enlarged, paired with red circular rings or capsule labels to create visual focal points.
- All text must be clearly readable; no garbled characters, typos, overlap, being obscured by circular rings, or being covered by decorative lines.
Items to Avoid
- Do not reproduce the original text, logos, watermarks, real brand assets, real people, proprietary copyrighted characters, or sensitive information from reference images.
- Do not generate dense long-form text, complex tables, real photo collages, web UI screenshots, dark tech style, neon style, or overly 3D scenes.
- Do not make it into a red Party-building poster, celebration poster, promotional banner, or a purely brand promotion page.
- Do not hard-code the module count, coordinates, icons, arrow paths, title positions, or circular ring structure of any single preview image.
Flexible Layout Principles
- Intelligently choose the layout based on the paragraph structure of the user input: project overview, left-right comparison, central radiation, horizontal process, top-bottom layering, data analysis, module matrix, or timeline are all acceptable.
- The number of modules, title positions, icon choices, arrow directions, ring layers, and key emphasis methods can all vary with the content; do not mechanically copy the preview image layout.
- Prioritize maintaining consistency in the red-and-white color scheme, light pink-white background, circular data language, rounded-corner cards, clear short-text hierarchy, and the reporting quality feel of government and enterprise projects.
- When the content is very complex, prioritize compressing it into one main conclusion and several key modules; do not stuff all the original text directly into the image.
Core Workflow
Step 1: Refine the Content
Compress the user input into information suitable for expression in a single PPT image:
- One main title in Chinese of 8 to 22 characters.
- One short subtitle or core viewpoint of 12 to 36 characters; if the image does not need a subtitle, it can be omitted.
- 2 to 6 main modules, steps, stages, metrics, or comparison dimensions, with the number determined by content complexity.
- Each module keeps one short title and one short description, avoiding long paragraphs.
- Determine whether central metrics, project stages, left-right comparison, process paths, data proportions, or conclusion prompts are needed; do not force them in if not needed.
If the user provides an article, meeting minutes, or long paragraphs, first abstract them into structured key points; do not directly carry over the original text.
Step 2: Intelligently Choose the Layout
Choose the most suitable PPT page type based on the content structure:
- Project Overview / Progress Page: suitable for stage results, milestones, completion levels, and next-step plans.
- Left-Right Comparison / VS Page: suitable for problems and solutions, old methods and new methods, input and output, resource stacking and scenario-driven approaches.
- Central Radiation / Core Model Page: suitable for one core viewpoint connecting multiple work scenarios, capabilities, or metrics.
- Horizontal Process / Optimization Loop Page: suitable for going from problem discovery to execution optimization, from scenario mining to Skill accumulation.
- Data Metrics / Proportion Analysis Page: suitable for percentages, key metrics, task distribution, priorities, and effect analysis.
- Module Matrix / Key Points Page: suitable for course frameworks, project modules, strategy checklists, and multidimensional analysis.
Do not force a single structure just to match the preview image; prioritize making the current content as clear as possible while maintaining the red-and-white project progress report visual system.
Step 3: Organize the imagegen prompt
Prompt order:
- Specify the image type and ratio: 16:9 horizontal red-and-white project progress report PPT.
- Describe the visual style: light pink-white background, red-and-white color scheme, red navigation bar or title area, rounded information cards, circular data nodes, soft shadows.
- Describe the content structure: main title, subtitle, number of modules, layout type, connection relationships, key numbers, and emphasis points.
- Limit text: short Chinese titles, short labels, a small amount of explanatory text, clear and readable, no dense small text.
- Add negative constraints: no logo, watermark, original image text, real people, copyrighted characters, garbled text, photo collages, or overcrowding.
Step 4: Call imagegen
- When the user explicitly asks for an image, image generation, accompanying image, PPT image, or to draw one, use the final prompt to call
image_gen。 - When the user explicitly says "only give the prompt," output only the complete prompt and do not call image generation.
- When generating a series of images, maintain the same red-and-white color scheme, light pink-white background, circular data language, rounded cards, short-text hierarchy, and project report feel.

Image generation rules
- When the user says "generate image / generate image directly / draw one / accompanying image / PPT image / presentation page," call by default
image_gen。 - Before calling, you may briefly organize the final prompt, but do not give a lengthy explanation of the design process.
- If the user has not given a specific topic, infer it from the context first; if it truly cannot be inferred, ask only one necessary question.
- Prioritize clear titles, distinct red-and-white hierarchy, a stable circular data language, and a clear project report structure before pursuing more decorative effects.
