This skill explains the division of roles and collaboration method between Cursor (PM) and Claude Code (Worker).

CI/CD rules

Scope of Responsibility for Claude Code

✅ Up to staging deploy
✅ Automatic fixes when CI fails (up to 3 times)
❌ Production deployment is prohibited

The 3-Times Rule

If CI fails 3 times in a row:

Stop automatic fixes
Generate an escalation report
Leave the decision to Cursor

Q: What if Cursor is not available?

A: Even when working alone, it is recommended to manage tasks with Plans.md. Please perform production deployment manually and carefully.

Q: What if the task is unclear?

A: Ask Cursor to confirm, or/sync-status use this to organize the current situation.

Q: What if CI fails repeatedly?

A: Do not automatically fix it 3 or more times; escalate to Cursor.
