Failure Codifier

Extract reproduction failures from breezing orchestration ledger + Judgment Ledger at read-only and proposefailure-rule.v1 candidates with confidence scores.

Core Contract

• human-approval-required: codifier only makes dry-run proposals.patterns.md / decisions.md Automatic promotion to is structurally prohibited.
• Confidence threshold: occurrence count ≥ 3 → medium、count ≥ 5 → high（go/internal/failurecodifier/confidence.go）。
• Promotion destination heuristic: proposed_ssot_target in the field patterns.md or decisions.md をpropose only。

Usage

Dry-run proposal (recommended)

./scripts/failure-codifier-propose.sh --dry-run

stdout is a JSON array (failure-rule.v1 candidates). It does not write to the SSOT file at all.

Go test

cd go && go test ./internal/failurecodifier/... -count=1
