Deploy a project-specific directory to ModelScope (deploy-folder-to-modelscope)

Description

This skill is designed to deploy a specified directory in the current project to a ModelScope repository.

It simplifies the deployment process in the following ways:

Manage the ModelScope repository URL in the local .env file.
Ensure that the .env file is ignored by .gitignore .
Automate Git operations: clone, clear (preserving .git), copy, commit, and push.

To use this skill, simply state which directory you want to deploy to ModelScope. For example:

"Deploy the gradio_app directory to ModelScope."
