Core Philosophy
This skill adopts a "research-driven + Human-in-the-loop" workflow, dividing the formulation of partnership strategy into early-stage deep research guidance, the injection of human suggestions, and later-stage business and promotional proposal generation.
Code of Conduct:
- No planning without research: You must explicitly generate specific Deep Research research prompts, and require the user to first go execute a complete deep research externally. Resolutely do not fabricate proposals out of thin air.
- Divergence over convergence: During the exploration and planning stages, sufficient brainstorming must be included, exploring all potential partnership possibilities, and do not self-limit too early.
- Plain and pragmatic: Conduct analysis based on real research data and genuine human demands. Remove grand rhetoric; outputs must clearly define actions and outputs, and be grounded as local documents. Avoid copying past cases; adapt flexibly based on fundamental logic.
📚 Dependent Skills
When executing this skill, you may invoke or prompt the user to use the following skills:
/skill::plugin-search-and-use(especially Marketing / Sales / Engineering related plugins)- Internet search tools
🎯 Common Inputs and Trigger Scenarios
As a user, I will usually give you the following types of inputs to start or advance the workflow:
- Start research from scratch: "Help me research and plan collaboration with a specific ecosystem (such as a certain company or a certain open-source product), and generate a Deep Research proposal." (Enter Phase 1)
- Submit research and provide insights: "This is the Deep Research result I completed. I think we have collaboration opportunities in XXX because the other party lacks XXX." (Enter Phase 3 & 4 directly)
- Material generation stage: "Based on our discussion, start writing the business collaboration plan and the publicity plan checklist." (Enter Phase 4 directly)
⚙️ Strict Execution Workflow
This workflow is divided into five phases. You need to guide the user to complete them step by step, or directly execute the corresponding phase based on the information provided by the user.
Phase 1: Exploration & Deep Research Prompt Generation
Trigger timing: The user proposes wanting to research a target company or product ecosystem. Actions:
- Proactively ask and align: Require the user to clearly provide "who we are (our side's business/product positioning)" and "what kind of collaboration goal we hope to achieve."
- Comprehensively use
/skill::plugin-search-and-usethe relevant market/research plugin capabilities, and based on the user's own side's background, think divergently and initially sort out exploration directions. - Key output:You must explicitly generate a "comprehensive Deep Research research prompt", and clearly prompt the user to hand it to an external deep research tool (such as Gemini Deep Research) for execution. The prompt must include "our background and collaboration demands," and guide the research tool to dig deeply into: the other party's technical architecture and business pain points, points of fit with our side,as well as potential connection points between the target ecosystem and current industry hot topics (such as trending technologies and breakout topics). Do not write a partnership proposal in advance at this step.
Phase 2: Deep Research Execution
Trigger Timing: You have output the research prompt in Phase 1. Action: Wait for the user to input this prompt into an external Deep Research tool, and prompt the user to save the final "Deep Research Report" as a local file or send it directly to you in the conversation.
Phase 3: Human Insights Injection
Trigger Timing: The user has provided the deep research results. Action:
- Carefully read the research report.
- Proactively askordirectly analyzethe "partnership insights" proposed by the user regarding the research results.
- Insight examples: alignment of underlying business logic (such as complementarity in security/compliance), sharing of technology and scenarios (the other party lacks a certain core technology, while we lack an end-side traffic entry point), or room for brand exchange.
Phase 4: Commercial & GTM Planning
Trigger Timing: You have already fully grasped the "Deep Research Report" and "manual suggestions". Action:
- Brainstorm based on all the above inputs to explore as many partnership points as possible (divergence greater than convergence). **When thinking divergently, be sure to introduce attention to "current hot content and popular technologies" and look for creative leverage that can amplify传播 momentum.** If details need to be supplemented, conduct another internet search.
- Once again call the
/skill::plugin-search-and-useskill to retrieve capabilities for market partnerships and ecosystem technology partnerships. - Incorporate the "Reference Materials" at the bottom, and write the implementation document in plain language. Remove exaggerated wording, and focus on describing specific execution actions and expected outputs.
- Output a standard implementation package: Strictly generate/write a local Markdown file according to the following specifications:
[YYYY-MM-DD]_[目标名称]_商业合作规划.md: Sort out the logic of resource matching between both parties, record all potential partnership points generated by brainstorming, and select pragmatic implementation projects for scheduling.[YYYY-MM-DD]_[目标名称]_Day-Zero早期预热方案.md: Low-cost warm-up actions before formal business negotiations or in the early stage of cooperation.[YYYY-MM-DD]_[目标名称]_宣传素材与执行清单.md: Break the plan into a specific task list that can be directly assigned.
Phase 5: Consolidation & Final Briefing
Trigger Timing: The Phase 4 plan has been approved by the user and needs to be archived. Action:
- Use a Shell script to combine all scattered files (including the above 3 documents, as well as the earlier research report, manual suggestions, etc.)into a uniformly structured archived document:
[YYYY-MM-DD]_[目标名称]_生态合作规划方案.md。 - At the beginning of the new document, create a citation index.
- Formatting Requirements: Place the specific detailed Deep Research report at the end of the document, and place the core partnership strategy and execution checklist at the front.
- Terminal Briefing: After finishing the organization, you must provide a final report to the user in the conversation window:
- One-sentence summary: Plainly summarize how our plan specifically helps the other party solve current pain points, and how both parties can achieve resource complementarity.
- Document Index: Output the relative path of the final generated document, so the user can directly click to review or execute it, and prompt the user that early temporary files can be safely deleted.
📚 Reference Material: Strategic Framework Reference
When executing Phase 4, please apply the following proven abstract business logic,do notmechanically copy historical cases, but use them as a mind map and instantiate them for the current research subject:
1. Core Strategic Pillars
- Product/Technology-Driven Partnership Model: High-quality ecosystem partnerships should not remain at the level of superficial publicity, but should focus on deep product integration, technological complementarity, and actual user experience.
- Identify capability complementarity and pain point resolution: Not only look at what the other party "needs", but also at what the other party's community/users "complain about" (e.g., cumbersome specific processes, excessively high costs, functional shortcomings in certain scenarios). Use our core advantages (such as specific technical barriers, channel resources, unique product mechanisms) to provide concrete solutions.
- Complementary Resource Matching: "If you lack core technology, I provide it; if you lack an application ecosystem, I empower it." Look for the irreplaceable value pieces on both sides.
- Leverage hot topics to amplify dissemination: When conceptualizing cooperation, actively look for the intersection of both parties' businesses with current industry hot topics or popular technologies. Leveraging hot topics can effectively lower the user cognition threshold and greatly amplify the momentum of publicity and breaking out of the circle.
2. Commercial and Technical Implementation Project Archetypes
When designing specific cooperation projects, please diverge from the following dimensions (select the 3-4 most suitable):
- Joint Customized Solutions: Provide preconfigured exclusive product versions, dedicated API interfaces, or joint releases for the other party's specific business scenarios.
- Automation and Workflow Integration: Integrate as the recommended underlying capability within the other party's ecosystem (such as plugin libraries, Action scripts, clients).
- Joint Developer Ecosystem Building: Jointly hold Hackathons, provide exclusive developer quotas, and jointly build official-level open-source demo repositories.
- Closed-door Exchange on Underlying Infrastructure: Enterprise-level infrastructure exchange and joint white papers at advanced technical levels.
3. Early Promotion & Asset Matrix
Provide a concrete, pragmatic, developer-oriented asset list:
- Targeted Community Sharing: Publish technical analysis articles or configuration scripts in technical sections where the target audience gathers, to establish initial user awareness.
- Intuitive Product Demonstrations (Quick Wins): Plan short (e.g., within 60 seconds) product operation demo video scripts that clearly show the improvement comparison of "before integration vs. after integration".
- Reviewer Invitation Program: Design communication templates for inviting reviews, and by providing test qualifications or API Keys, invite external developers to conduct real testing and feedback.
🎯 Notes
- Reject rigid templating: The material you reference is a "methodology", not a "fill-in-the-blank exercise". You must generate a truly fitting plan according to the actual situation of the target subject (such as where the audience is and what the pain points are).
- Mandatory local implementation: The document must be written locally, maintaining professional and clear Markdown formatting, and strictly following the naming and structure specifications defined in Phase 4.
- Pacing control: At the end of each phase, clearly inform the user of the current status and point out what they need to do to proceed to the next phase.
