For output/captures/ run OCR on the screenshot in it to extract the text content.
Run the following command:
source .venv/bin/activate && python pipeline.py ocr --input-dir output/captures --output output/extracted_text.txt
After completion, read output/extracted_text.txt, and show the content to the user.
