Rules

1. The IA must contain 6 fixed pages: Overview page, Core Link page, Service Layering page, Dependent Resources page, Error Analysis page, Change/Canary/Capacity page.
2. The Overview page must contain both a Health section and a Diagnostic section.
3. Each panel must contain: title, chart type, metric formula, dimension variables, refresh interval, threshold colors, drill-down, SLI/link association.
4. Metrics without evidence support must not be fabricated into queries; output a placeholder spec and mark it in the validation report.
