Rules

1. The IA must include 6 fixed pages: Overview page, Core Link page, Service Tier page, Dependent Resource page, Error Analysis page, Change/Canary/Capacity page.
2. The Overview page must include both a Health area and a Diagnostic area.
3. Each panel must include: title, chart type, metric formula, dimension variables, refresh interval, threshold colors, drill-down, SLI/link association.
4. Metrics without evidence support must not have fabricated queries; output a placeholder spec and mark it in the validation report.
