About this skill

word-flow: word cards

Done in one command: parse word -> forge card. Supports multiple words, but only processes explicitly specified target words.

Dependencies

This workflow explicitly depends on two skills:

  • word
  • card -i

If card is unavailable, do not pretend card generation is complete. At this point you can still first complete the word analysis, and clearly explain to the user that the card stage is blocked.

Parameters

Pass in one or more English words directly, separated by spaces.

/word-flow Obstacle
/word-flow Serendipity Resilience Entropy

Execution

1. Collect target words

Only accept "explicitly specified" target words:

  • /word-flow words directly following
  • words inside quotes
  • words clearly listed in commas, line breaks, or lists

Do not treat every token in a whole English sentence as a target word. If the candidate words are unclear, first ask the user to provide an accurate word list.

After collecting, do two things:

  1. Deduplicate case-insensitively
  2. Keep the word form the user originally intended to display

2. Process each word

For each word, strictly maintain the order of word -> card -i .

Step A — Parse word (word)

  • Call word
  • input that word
  • keep the Markdown parsing result as the sole content source for the subsequent card

Step B — Forge infographic (card -i)

  • Use the complete parsing content from Step A as input
  • Call card -i
  • the target output is a PNG file

3. Orchestration strategy

  • If the environment supports parallelism, multiple words may be processed in parallel
  • If parallelism is not supported, process sequentially
  • Regardless of whether it is parallel, the order within a single word must not be disrupted

4. Failure handling

  • If the word stage fails: skip the card stage for that word, record the failure reason, and continue processing other words
  • If the card -i stage fails: do not fabricate a path; clearly report the failure reason and continue processing other words
  • If only some words succeed: output "partially complete" at the end rather than "fully complete"

5. Summary report

Finally output the completion status and card path for each word, for example:

Word Flow Complete
- Obstacle: ~/Downloads/Obstacle.png
- Serendipity: ~/Downloads/Serendipity.png
- Entropy: card generation failed (dependency unavailable)

Key constraints

  • Parse the word first, then forge the card; the order is irreversible
  • The dependencies are word and card -i, not the old naming
  • The infographic content must come from the word parsing result, not the dictionary definition
  • Paths are only reported after actual successful generation
