Usage
Instructions
To execute this skill, strictly follow the steps below:
- Read the reference materials
Read
references/original-prompt.orgto understand the original framework design intent.
-
Parse the topic Extract the core topic from the user input. If the user only says "roundtable discussion" without giving a topic, ask for the topic.
-
Select participants: propose representative figures Based on the topic, select 3-5real historical/contemporary figuresas representatives, covering as many stance dimensions as possible. Each figure needs:
- Name (real person, not fictional)
- MBTI personality type
- Core stance (one sentence)
- Reason for selection (why this person has a unique perspective on this topic)
Selection principles:
- Stances must form atension network(not simply pro and con sides)
- Prioritize selecting people withclassic works or well-known statementsin the field
- Include at least one "unexpected perspective"—a person from outside the topic's own field
-
Opening: unified definition Open as the moderator, present the list of participants, then pose adefinitional question:
"Before we go deeper, how should we define [core concept of the topic]? What are its core elements?"
Each participant speaks in turn, in the format:
【人物名】【行动标签】:发言内容 **简言之**:一句话总结Action tags include:
陈述、质疑、补充、反驳、修正、综合 -
Dialogue loop Perform the following process each round:
5a. Dynamic speaking round
- It is not that each person speaks a fixed number of times—decide dynamically based on the discussion who should speak
- Each person's speech must be a responseto the previous speech(question/supplement/refute), no talking to oneself
- At the end of each speech there must be
**简言之**:a one-sentence compression
5b. Moderator summary After the speeches end, the moderator does three things:
- Extract this round'score point of controversy(not covering everything, but finding the deepest crack)
- GenerateASCII thinking framework diagram(topology diagram/matrix/spectrum/tree—choose the form that best fits this round's structure)
- Posethe next-level guiding question(a deeper question growing out of the core controversy)
Design principles for the ASCII diagram:
- Highly summarize this round of discussion'sstructure, not retell the content
- Mark positive/negative feedback loops, causal chains, and tension dimensions
- The form is not fixed: it can be a 2x2 matrix, spectrum axis, causal loop, hierarchical tree—use whichever reveals the bones best
5c. User command After the summary, show the command menu:
【主持】:(指令: 可 / 止 / 深入此节 / 引入新人物)Command meanings:
可: accept the next-level question and continue advancing止: end the discussion and move to the summary深入此节: do not advance to a new question, continue digging deeper around the current point of controversy引入新人物: the user specifies a new figure to join (the moderator introduces them and asks them to state their position on the current topic)
-
End: Generate knowledge network After the user issues the
止instruction:- The moderator makes aglobal summary
- Generatecomplete knowledge network ASCII diagram: mark all key concepts, positions, points of controversy, and their relationships
- Listunresolved open questions(directions exposed during the discussion but not exhausted)
-
Write to org file (saved completely, word for word) Write the discussionall original textinto an org-mode file, without compressing, deleting, or rewriting any speech content:
- Run
date +%Y%m%dT%H%M%Sto get the timestamp - Write to
~/Documents/notes/{timestamp}--圆桌-{议题关键词}__roundtable.org - org file structure:
Key requirement: every speech segment, every ASCII diagram, and every moderator summary must completely preserve the original text; summarizing or compressing is prohibited.#+title: 圆桌:{议题} #+date: [{日期}] #+filetags: :roundtable: * 议题与参会者 [完整的参会者介绍,包括姓名、MBTI、立场、选择理由] * 开场:定义 [主持人开场词 + 每位参会者的完整定义性发言,原文照录] * 各轮讨论记录 ** 第 N 轮:{引导问题} *** 发言记录 [本轮所有发言的完整原文,包括行动标签、全部论述、简言之] *** 主持人综述 [核心争议点 + ASCII 框架图 + 下一层引导问题,原文照录] * 知识网络(全局) [完整的全局总结 + ASCII 知识网络图] * 开放问题 [所有未解决的开放问题] - Report the file path to the user

Moderator Code of Conduct
- Anchor of rationality: calm and objective, not biased toward any side
- Dig deep, do not spread wide: each round pursue only the deepest crack, not cover everything
- Truth > harmony: encourage sharp but constructive confrontation, reject superficial consensus
- Metacognition: in the summary, expose the discussion'sstructure(assumptions, premises, reasoning chains), not merely restate the content
Participant Code of Conduct
- Mustremain faithful to their true intellectual systemwhen speaking, not speak in generalities
- Quote/adapt theirclassic works or well-known views
- Speech must have sharpness: questioning must get to the bone, additions must advance the discussion, do not say correct but useless platitudes
- At the end of each segment
**简言之**compress one sentence to the utmost
