Builds an ERF file from XML sources using the 1C platform. Uses the shared script from /epf-build.
Usage

Connection parameters
Read .v8-project.json from the project root. Take v8path (path to the platform) and resolve the base for the build:
- If the user specified connection parameters (path, server) — use them directly
- If a base was specified by name — search by id / alias / name in
.v8-project.json - If not specified — match the current Git branch with
databases[].branches - If the branch did not match — use
default - If
.v8-project.jsonis missing or there are no bases — create an empty IB in./baseIfv8pathis not set — auto-detect:Get-ChildItem "C:\Program Files\1cv8\*\bin\1cv8.exe" | Sort -Desc | Select -First 1If the used base is not registered — after execution, suggest adding it via/db-list add.

Reference types
If the report uses configuration reference types (CatalogRef.XXX, DocumentRef.XXX) — building in an empty base will fail with an XDTO error. Register a base with the target configuration via /db-list add.
