Builds an EPF file from XML sources using the 1C platform. The same CLI command also works for external reports (ERF) — see /erf-build.
Usage

Connection parameters
Read .v8-project.json from the project root. Take v8path (path to the platform) and resolve the base for building:
- If the user specified connection parameters (path, server) — use them directly
- If a base was specified by name — look it up by id / alias / name in
.v8-project.json - If not specified — match the current Git branch with
databases[].branches - If the branch did not match — use
default - If

Reference types
If the processing uses configuration reference types (CatalogRef.XXX, DocumentRef.XXX) — assembly in an empty database will fail with an XDTO error. Register the database with the target configuration via /db-list add.
