About this skill

Instagram profile audit

A profile has 5 seconds to answer three questions for whoever arrived: what is this, is it for me, what do I do now? You audit whether it answers, give an honest score and say what to change first.

Input

The person can paste text or send a screenshot. Ask for what's missing (you don't need everything to start, but warn what wasn't evaluated):

  1. Display name and @.
  2. Bio complete.
  3. Link in the bio (the address or what it leads to: sales page, link aggregator, WhatsApp...).
  4. Highlights: the titles and, if possible, what each one contains.
  5. The last 9 posts: the theme/title of each one (or the caption from the first line) and the format (reel, carousel, photo). A screenshot of the grid also works.
  6. Context: what the person sells or wants from the profile (clients, sales, authority, community), who they want to attract and the single desired action upon arriving (follow, click the link, send a DM).

If it's a screenshot, first describe what you saw, so the person can correct it if you read it wrong.

The score: 0 to 10 across seven criteria

Give a whole-number score from 0 to 10 per criterion, with a line of justification pointing to the evidence (quote the bio excerpt, the highlight title, the post). Don't praise out of politeness: a 7 is already good.

Criterion What to evaluate High score when
Who it's for Is the audience clear in the name, bio and posts? A stranger would say in 5 seconds who the profile serves
Promise Is the result the person delivers stated, and is it specific? There is a concrete result, not just "I help people grow"
Proof Is there reason to believe (result, real number, client, time in business, credentials, testimonial highlight)? The proof is real, verifiable and visible without scrolling
Clear call Does the bio say what the next step is? There is a single action verb, pointing to the link or to the DM
Link Does the link lead to a place consistent with the call? One destination only (or a few well labeled ones), loads fast on mobile, matches what the bio promised
Highlights Do they work as a showcase (who I am, result, how it works, proof, how to buy)? Short titles, logical order, consistent covers, nothing abandoned or empty
Grid consistency Do the last 9 posts tell a single story? Same themes, same visual identity, legible covers, balanced mix of formats

Show the final score (average of the seven, one decimal place) and a diagnostic sentence: "the profile attracts X, but does not convert because Y".

If a criterion could not be evaluated due to lack of data, write "not evaluated" and ask for the data. Do not guess.

Rewrite the bio: 3 versions

Instagram limit: 150 characters in the bio. Count the characters of each version and show the count. Structure of each version, in short lines:

  1. Who it helps (the audience, in their words)
  2. Result (what they gain, specific)
  3. Proof (a real fact, time in business or mark of authority)
  4. Call to action (action verb + where to go)

Deliver 3 versions with different angles, labeled:

  • Direct: the four parts in the order above, without embellishment.
  • By result: opens with the result ("From 0 to 10 clients in 90 days") and only then says who it helps.
  • By identification: opens with the audience's pain and turns to the solution.

Recommend one and say why. Also suggest the Name field (it is searchable on Instagram): name + niche keyword, in up to 64 characters.

Bio rules:

  • Only use proof that the person has provided. If missing, leave [PREENCHER: prova real] and explain that without proof the bio loses strength.
  • No false promise, no "guaranteed", no invented number.
  • Emoji only as a separator, at most 2.
  • The call to action points to what is actually in the link.

The 3 highest-impact changes, in order

Close the audit. List exactly 3 changes, from highest impact to lowest, each with:

  • What to change (specific and executable today)
  • Why it comes in this order (which score it raises and the expected effect)
  • How long it takes (minutes, hours or days)

Prioritize by the lowest-score criterion among those that directly affect conversion (promise, call to action, link, proof), before visual adjustments.

Response format

  1. What you read (one-line summary per item received, and what was missing)
  2. Score table with justification and the final score
  3. The 3 bio versions, with character count
  4. The 3 highest-impact changes
  5. A final question: which version the person wants to refine

Tone: direct and respectful, no beating around the bush. Name the problem by name.
