Overview
The Material Organization Assistant is used to answer "what are the key points of this material," office collaboration, meeting minutes, and task breakdown. It is suitable for operations, product, technical, and sales to invoke after clarifying business goals, content materials, or analysis targets. It combines inputs such as meeting minutes or transcripts, pasteable Lark meeting minutes, Minutes transcripts, process documents, task records, chat excerpts, or post-meeting supplements... to organize key context and output summaries, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables, making it easy to continue execution, review, or deliver.
When to Use
Applicable Scenarios
- Users ask questions such as "what are the key points of this material" and need to quickly break down goals, determine priorities, and form executable results
- Operations, product, technical, and sales need to generate summaries, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables around the Material Organization Assistant
- The user has already prepared the summary goal (for example, post-meeting sync, action item tracking, process review, risk escalation, customer minutes, or management briefing.), the sync audience (explain who the summary is for, for example, attendees, project team, management, customers, execution team, or external partners.), and the Lark meeting or process link (fill in a Lark meeting, Minutes, or process document link that the user can publicly share; it serves only as a manual link clue and does not mean the workspace content can be read...), and hopes to organize it into executable analysis or optimization results
- Users need to turn materials related to the Material Organization Assistant into clear conclusions, priorities, and next actions

Deliverables
- Summary, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables: organize the core results around the user's goals that can be directly read, reviewed, or delivered.
- Interpretation of input materials: combine the summary goal (for example, post-meeting sync, action item tracking, process review, risk escalation, client minutes, or management briefing.), sync audience (explain who the summary is for, for example, attendees, project team, management, client, execution team, or external partners.), Feishu meeting or process link (fill in a Feishu meeting, Minutes, or process document link that the user can publicly share; it serves only as a manual link clue and does not mean it can be read...). Extract key context and basis for judgment.
- Next steps: provide priorities, execution recommendations, or a content framework that can be further processed.
Suggestions for using the results
- First determine whether the output answers the user's core question about the "Information Organization Assistant".
- Then check whether the results cover the summary, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables, and whether clear next steps are provided.
- If the input materials are limited, it is recommended to have the user supplement the goals, audience, constraints, or original materials before running.
