About this skill

lark-minutes business diagnostic assistant

Quick Start

More Skills

Overview

The business diagnostic assistant is used to answer "how should this be done," office collaboration, meeting minutes, and task breakdown. It is suitable for operations, product, technical, and sales to invoke after clarifying business goals, content materials, or analysis targets. It will combine inputs such as Feishu meeting minutes, pasted Feishu Minutes transcripts, meeting minutes, chat records, speech summaries, or post-meeting notes. It organizes key context and outputs summaries, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables, making it easy to continue execution, review, or delivery.

When to Use

Applicable Scenarios

  • Users ask questions such as "how should this be done," and need to quickly break down goals, determine priorities, and form executable results
  • Operations, product, technical, and sales need to generate summaries, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables around the business diagnostic assistant
  • Users have already prepared meeting review goals (for example, distilling conclusions, clarifying action items, generating post-meeting syncs, identifying risks, or preparing for the next meeting.), minute readers (for example, attendees, non-attendees, project owners, clients, or managers.), and minute link notes (fill in the Feishu Minutes or meeting minutes link and add a summary of visible content; the system will not automatically open the link.), and want to organize them into executable analysis or optimization results
  • Users need to turn business diagnostic assistant-related materials into clear conclusions, priorities, and next steps

Deliverables

  • Summary, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables: organize the core results around the user's goals that can be directly read, reviewed, or delivered.
  • Interpretation of input materials: based on the meeting review goals (for example, extracting conclusions, clarifying action items, generating post-meeting syncs, identifying risks, or preparing for the next meeting.), the minutes readers (for example, attendees, non-attendees, project leads, clients, or managers.), and the minutes link description (fill in the Feishu Miaoji or meeting minutes link, and add a summary of the visible content; the system will not automatically open the link.) extract key context and the basis for judgment.
  • Next steps: provide priorities, execution suggestions, or a content framework that can be further developed.

Suggestions for using the results

  • First determine whether the output answers the user's core question about the "Business Diagnosis Assistant".
  • Then check whether the results cover the summary, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables, and whether clear next steps are provided.
  • If there is little input material, it is recommended to ask the user to supplement the goals, audience, constraints, or original materials before running.
