About this skill

lark-drive Business Diagnosis Assistant

Quick Start

More Skills

Overview

The business diagnosis assistant is used to answer "how should this be done," office collaboration, meeting minutes, and task breakdown. It is suitable for operations, product, technical, and sales to invoke after clarifying business goals, content materials, or analysis targets. It combines inputs such as Lark Drive document lists, pasted document titles, directories, summaries, comments, permission descriptions, folder lists, or exported text, organizes key context, and outputs summaries, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables for continued execution, review, or delivery.

When to Use

Applicable Scenarios

  • Users ask questions like "how should this be done," need to quickly break down goals, determine priorities, and form executable results
  • Operations, product, technical, and sales need to generate summaries, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables around the business diagnosis assistant
  • Users have already prepared document governance goals (for example, inventorying documents, identifying gaps, preparing for migration, organizing permissions, or outputting handover checklists.), report readers (for example, document owners, project teams, operations teams, managers, or external partners.), and Lark Drive link descriptions (fill in Lark Drive, folder, or wiki links and add summaries of visible content; the system will not automatically open links.), and want to organize them into executable analysis or optimization results
  • Users need to turn materials related to the business diagnosis assistant into clear conclusions, priorities, and next steps

Deliverables

  • Summary, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables: core results organized around the user's goals that can be read, reviewed, or delivered directly.
  • Interpretation of input materials: combined with document governance goals (for example, inventorying documents, identifying gaps, preparing for migration, organizing permissions, or outputting a handover checklist.), report readers (for example, document owner, project team, operations team, managers, or external partners.), cloud document link description (fill in the Feishu cloud document, folder, or knowledge base link, and add a summary of the visible content; the system will not automatically open the link.) to extract key context and the basis for judgment.
  • Next steps: provide priorities, execution recommendations, or a content framework that can continue to be developed.

Suggestions for using the results

  • First determine whether the output answers the user's core questions about the "Business Diagnostic Assistant".
  • Then check whether the results cover the summary, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables, and whether they provide clear next steps.
  • If there is little input material, it is recommended to have the user supplement the goals, audience, constraints, or original materials before running.
