Overview
The business diagnostic assistant is used to answer "how should this be done," office collaboration, meeting minutes, and task breakdown. It is suitable for operations, product, technical, and sales to call after clarifying business goals, content materials, or analysis targets. It combines inputs such as Gmail email threads, pasted email bodies, thread summaries, sender/recipient clues, timelines, attachment summaries, or history... to organize key context, and outputs summaries, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables for continued execution, review, or delivery.
When to Use
Applicable Scenarios
- Users ask questions such as "how should this be done" and need to quickly break down goals, determine priorities, and form executable results
- Operations, product, technical, and sales need to generate summaries, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables around the business diagnostic assistant
- The user has already prepared email follow-up goals (for example, summarizing threads, preparing replies, identifying commitments, escalating risks, or creating follow-up plans.), email targets (for example, customers, suppliers, candidates, partners, internal teams, or managers.), and email link descriptions (fill in Gmail threads or related document links, and add visible content summaries; the system will not automatically open links.), and hopes to organize them into executable analysis or optimization results
- Users need to turn materials related to the business diagnostic assistant into clear conclusions, priorities, and next steps

Deliverables
- Summary, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables: organize the core results around the user's goals that can be directly read, reviewed, or delivered.
- Interpretation of input materials: combined with the email follow-up goal (for example, summarizing a thread, preparing a reply, identifying commitments, escalating risks, or formulating a follow-up plan.), the email recipient (for example, a customer, supplier, candidate, partner, internal team, or manager.), and the email link description (fill in the Gmail thread or related document link, and add a summary of the visible content; the system will not automatically open the link.) to extract key context and the basis for judgment.
- Next steps: provide priorities, execution recommendations, or a content framework that can be further processed.
Suggestions for using the results
- First determine whether the output answers the user's core questions about the "Business Diagnostic Assistant".
- Then check whether the results cover the summary, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables, and whether clear next steps are given.
- If there is little input material, it is recommended to have the user supplement the goals, audience, constraints, or original materials before running.
