Overview
The PPT Diagnosis Assistant is used to answer "Is the PPT clear?", document processing, material review, and summarization. It is suitable for operations, product, marketing, and technical users to call after clarifying business goals, content materials, or analysis targets. It will combine slide text or speaker notes, pasteable page-by-page titles, body text, notes, speaker scripts, table of contents, or slide text parsed from the platform, etc. as input, organize key context, and output summaries, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables, making it easy to continue execution, review, or delivery.
When to Use
Applicable Scenarios
- The user asks questions like "Is the PPT clear?" and needs to quickly break down goals, determine priorities, and form executable results
- Operations, product, marketing, and technical users need to generate summaries, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables around the PPT Diagnosis Assistant
- The user has already prepared the presentation goal (for example, financing, sales, reporting, training, roadshow, review, persuading decision-makers, or securing resources.), audience (explain who this presentation is for, for example, investors, customers, management, training participants, or review committee.), public presentation link (fill in a presentation link that can be accessed without logging in; for permission-protected decks, please upload or paste page-by-page text...), and hopes to organize it into executable analysis or optimization results
- The user needs to turn PPT Diagnosis Assistant-related materials into clear conclusions, priorities, and next steps

Deliverables
- Summary, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables: organize the core results around the user's goals that can be directly read, reviewed, or delivered.
- Interpretation of input materials: extract key context and judgment basis based on the demonstration goals (for example, financing, sales, reporting, training, roadshow, review, persuading decision-makers, or securing resources.), audience (explain who this presentation is for, for example, investors, customers, management, trainees, or review committees.), public presentation link (fill in a presentation link that can be accessed without logging in; for decks protected by permissions, please upload or paste page-by-page text…).
- Next steps: provide priorities, execution suggestions, or a content framework that can be further developed.
Recommendations for using the results
- First determine whether the output answers the user's core question about the "PPT Diagnostic Assistant".
- Then check whether the result covers the summary, diagnostic conclusions, action recommendations, and reusable deliverables, and whether it gives clear next steps.
- If there is little input material, it is recommended to have the user supplement the goals, audience, constraints, or original materials before running.
