Overview
The Meeting Action-Item Organizer Assistant is used to answer "what should be done after the meeting", organize materials, clean data, and handle action items. It is suitable for operations, product, sales, and software to use after clarifying business goals, content materials, or analysis targets. It combines inputs such as documents, spreadsheets or records, pasted documents, spreadsheets, meeting notes, customer feedback, comment text, or materials to be organized, organizes key context, and outputs action-item breakdowns, decision summaries, risks, and follow-up checklists, making it easy to continue execution, review, or delivery. Capability positioning supplement: meeting material to tasks has clear document input and delivery results.

Deliverables
- To-do breakdown, decision summary, risks, and follow-up checklist: organize the core results around the user's goals that can be directly read, reviewed, or delivered.
- Interpretation of input materials: combine the organization goal (explain the desired structured summary, cleanup rules, action items, gap reminders, or delivery purpose.), intended users (explain the audience, team, role, or business scenario the organized results should serve.), and material links (provide publicly accessible documents, spreadsheets, pages, or material links; for restricted content, upload or paste instead.) to extract key context and the basis for judgment.
- Next steps: provide priorities, execution suggestions, or a content framework that can be further processed.
Suggestions for using the results
- First determine whether the output answers the user's core question about the "Meeting To-Do Organization Assistant".
- Then check whether the results cover the to-do breakdown, decision summary, risks, and follow-up checklist, and whether clear next steps are provided.
- If there is little input material, it is recommended to have the user supplement the goals, audience, constraints, or original materials before running.
