Overview
This skill focuses onstock capital-side analysis, systematically diagnosing the capital movements of an individual stock or sector through four core dimensions, helping judge main force capital intentions and market recognition.
Important principle: This skill only provides objective data analysis of capital-side conditions and does not constitute any investment advice. All analysis conclusions need to be judged comprehensively in combination with fundamentals, technicals, and news.
Four Core Analysis Dimensions
Dimension One: Main Force Capital Flow Diagnosis
Track the entry and exit trajectories of large capital, and identify the degree of main force control and operating intentions.

Analysis Points
Capital flow judgment criteria:
- Main force net inflow continues to be positive: Capital continues to flow in; the main force may be in the accumulation or markup stage
- Main force net outflow continues to be negative: Capital continues to flow out; the main force may be in the distribution or reduction stage
- Northbound capital and main force capital move in the same direction: Domestic and foreign capital resonate; the signal is relatively strong
- Northbound capital and main force capital diverge: Be vigilant; it may be a bullish trap or bearish trap signal
- Block trades completed at a discount: Usually regarded as bearish; may be shareholder reduction or institutional position adjustment
- Block trades completed at a premium: Usually regarded as bullish; may be institutions scrambling for shares
Dragon and Tiger List interpretation:
- Institutional dedicated seats dominate buying → institutions are optimistic; medium-line logic
- Hot money brokerage branches frequently appear on the list → short-term speculation; volatility increases
- Buy-one amount is far greater than sell-one → the degree of main force control increases
- Buy and sell amounts are close → major disagreement; direction unclear
Dimension Two: Northbound Capital and Institutional Capital Analysis
Track "smart money" movements and identify trends in institutional holdings changes.
Data Collection
| Tool | Purpose | Query Parameters |
|---|---|---|

Key Analysis Points
Northbound Capital Judgment Criteria:
- Northbound capital continues to increase holdings → Foreign investors are bullish on the company's long-term value
- Northbound capital rapidly reduces holdings → May be affected by external factors (exchange rate, policy)
- Northbound shareholding ratio > 5% → Heavy foreign position, significant impact on stock price
- Northbound shareholding ratio < 1% → Low foreign attention
Institutional Holdings Judgment Criteria:
- Institutional holding concentration increases → Chips concentrate toward main forces, favorable for upward movement
- Number of institutions increases but holdings are dispersed → Significant divergence, short-term volatility
- Social security/insurance funds newly enter → Recognized by long-term capital, relatively superior fundamentals
- QFII/RQFII increase holdings → International capital is bullish
Increase/Decrease Holdings Signals:
- Major shareholders/executives increase holdings → Insiders are bullish, sufficient confidence
- Major shareholders/executives reduce holdings → Insiders cash out, need to pay attention to reasons
- Frequent institutional research → May be building or adding positions
Dimension 3: Volume Energy, Turnover Rate, and Volume-Price Relationship
Analyze trading volume energy characteristics, identify the degree of volume-price coordination and chip exchange activity.
Data Collection
| Tool | Purpose | Query Parameters |
|---|---|---|

Technical Indicators (including trading volume) | Stock name or code |
AShareLiveQuote |
Real-time Market Data | Stock name or code |

Key Analysis Points
Turnover Rate Judgment Criteria:
- Turnover rate < 1%: Light trading, low attention
- Turnover rate 1%-3%: Normal trading status
- Turnover rate 3%-7%: Active trading, possible capital operations
- Turnover rate 7%-15%: Highly active, main forces may be washing trading or changing hands
- Turnover rate > 15%: Extremely active, beware of main force distribution or hot money relay
Volume-Price Relationship Judgment:
- Increased volume with price rise: Good volume-price coordination, healthy upward trend
- Decreased volume with price rise: Insufficient upward momentum, may be approaching the top
- Increased volume with price decline: Heavy selling pressure, downward trend continues
- Decreased volume with price decline: Obvious reluctance to sell, may be approaching the bottom
- Increased volume with stagnant price: High-level increased volume but price does not rise, main forces may be distributing
- Decreased volume with sideways movement: Good chip lock-up, waiting for direction selection
Trading Volume Trend:
- Trading volume gradually increases → Capital attention rises
- Trading volume gradually shrinks → Capital attention declines
- Volume-price divergence → Trend may reverse
Dimension 4: Capital Trends and Chip Concentration
Analyze the chip distribution structure, judge the degree of main force control and market holding costs.
Data Collection
| Tool | Purpose | Query Parameters |
|---|---|---|

Key Analysis Points
Criteria for Judging Chip Concentration:
- Number of shareholders continuously decreasing → chips concentrating, main force's control degree increasing
- Number of shareholders continuously increasing → chips dispersing, main force may be distributing
- Average shareholding per account increasing → chips concentrating toward large holders
- Average shareholding per account decreasing → chips dispersing toward retail investors
Top Ten Shareholders Analysis:
- Shareholding ratio of top ten shareholders > 60% → highly concentrated
- Shareholding ratio of top ten shareholders 40%-60% → moderately concentrated
- Shareholding ratio of top ten shareholders < 40% → relatively dispersed
- Institutional proportion among top ten tradable shareholders increasing → institutions adding positions
Comprehensive Assessment of Control Degree:
| Indicator | High Control | Moderate Control | Low Control |
|---|---|---|---|
| Change in Number of Shareholders | Continuously decreasing | Fluctuating | Continuously increasing |

| Top Ten Shareholders' Proportion | > 60% | 40%-60% | < 40% |
| Institutional Shareholding Proportion | > 30% | 15%-30% | < 15% |
| Turnover Rate | Relatively low | Moderate | Relatively high |
Analysis Process
Step 1: Clarify the Analysis Target
Confirm the stock name or code that the user needs to analyze; if not provided, proactively ask.
Step 2: Data Collection
Call gildata-aidata services in sequence according to the four major dimensions to obtain data.Prioritize using the gildata-aidata service, and only consider using web_search as a supplement when gildata-aidata cannot obtain the data.

Step 3: Data Integration and Analysis
Integrate the collected data according to the four major dimensions and identify key signals:
- Consistency of Capital Direction: whether main force capital, northbound capital, and institutional capital are moving in the same direction
- Degree of Volume-Price Coordination: whether rises are accompanied by increased volume and declines by reduced volume
- Chip Concentration Trend: whether changes in the number of shareholders and changes in institutional shareholding are consistent
- Abnormal Signal Identification: block trade discounts/premiums, unusual activity on the dragon-tiger list, increase/decrease holding plans
Step 4: Generate Analysis Report
Output the analysis report according to the following structure:

Notes
- Data Timeliness: capital flow data is highly time-sensitive; the data cutoff date should be noted during analysis
- Multi-dimensional Cross-validation: a single-dimensional signal may be misleading and requires multi-dimensional cross-validation
- Combine with Fundamentals: capital-side analysis should be comprehensively judged in combination with the company's fundamentals and industry trends
- Be Alert to Abnormal Fluctuations: for stocks with abnormal turnover rates or drastic fluctuations in capital flows, risks should be indicated
- Not constituting investment advice: All analysis conclusions are for reference only and do not constitute buy or sell advice
