Complete the high-level direction discussion, plot design, and material transformation of the narrative design phase, and produce the cross-skill handoff artifact design-spec.md(tavern-design writes the narrative design section, tavern-ui appends the UI section during the UI development phase, and tavern-cards consumes it).

Process
1. Create the project directory
Ask the user for the project name, create the cards/{Project}/ directory. Subsequent design-spec.md and transformation results are saved here.
2. High-level direction discussion
Discuss according to the seven dimensions of references/design-guide.md :
- Project positioning
- Worldview concept
- Character concept
- Interaction and dynamic requirements
- Creation direction
- Opening concept
- SFW / NSFW
For complex plots, additionally discuss exposure timing and control strategies. Faithfully record the user's ideas during the discussion; do not guess or make decisions on the user's behalf.
3. Material transformation (when creating from material)
- First discuss content not covered by the material and the focus of transformation
- Execute the
references/conversion.mdprocess; narrative material producescards/{Project}/故事大纲.yaml, structured material can be directly distilled - Combine the transformation results to complete
design-spec.md
Skip this step when creating from scratch.
4. Produce design-spec.md
Organize the results of the high-level direction discussion into cards/{Project}/design-spec.md. For format suggestions see references/design-guide.md。
5. User confirmation
Show design-spec.md and pause to wait for user confirmation. After the user confirms, inform the user that it can next be handed to tavern-cards for project creation and creation planning.
Sub-agent
When invoked, the Agent harness injects the task; the main agent carries the parameters in the "Input" column of the table below in the task string, and handles the return according to the "Output" column of the table below.

design-spec.md Only record the general direction; technical details such as MVU/EJS, typeLists, avatars, UI modes, variable structures, and entry-level planning are handled by the tavern-cards project creation steps.
