My Context Sync

A skill that gathers scattered information in one place and organizes it.

Collects recent information from Slack, Notion, and Granola, and consolidates it into a single markdown document.

Source Definition

Source 1: Slack

List of channels to collect:

Collection Method:

각 채널에 대해 mcp__claude_ai_Slack__slack_read_channel 호출.
채널명과 메시지 개수(limit)를 전달한다.

  • Important announcements
  • Decisions ("confirmed", "decided", "agreed" keywords)

Execution Flow

When this skill is triggered, execute in the order below.

Step 1: Parallel Collection

3 sources simultaneously collect. Since they have no dependencies on each other, parallel execution is possible.

Run each source collection as a subagent (Task tool):

Step 2: Result Consolidation

Merge the collected information into a single document.

Consolidation Rules:

  • Separate by source section
  • Select "highlights" (no more than 3 important items) in each section
  • Gather and organize action items at the bottom of the document
  • For sources that failed collection, record the reason with a "collection failed" marker

Step 3: Save Document

Save the result file.

Step 4: Report

Report the execution results to the user.

Output Options:

  1. Markdown file (default) -- sync/YYYY-MM-DD-context-sync.mdsaved to
  2. Slack message -- send summary to specified channel (requires Slack MCP)
  3. Notion page -- record to specified DB (requires Notion MCP)

Customization Guide

Adding a Source

To add a new source, add it in the same format to the "Source Definition" section:

Removing a Source

Delete the entire "Source N" section for any unused source. Also remove the corresponding line from the parallel collection part of the execution flow.

Changing the collection cycle

By default, it runs manually. If you want automatic execution, add a schedule to CLAUDE.md:

Changing the output location

Modify the path in "Step 3: Save document" to the desired location. Example: reports/, docs/daily/ 등.
