Punk is this Skill's brand, author mark, and built-in character preset; it does not mean you can only draw Punk. Anyone can upload their own photo to create an exclusive character, then use the same Skill to illustrate articles.
Supports two mutually exclusive art styles:
retro-flat-3d: the original retro colorful flat 3D skit.loose-watercolor: loose line-drawing watercolor character design cards and skits.
The art style is bound to the character and written into the manifest. When switching characters, also switch that character's default art style; do not mix the two visual languages in one image. The built-in Punk is always bound to retro-flat-3d。
Use this Skill as one continuous workflow: first create the character, wait for explicit user confirmation, then use the confirmed character to illustrate articles. Do not split it into two Skills, and do not generate article illustrations before the character is confirmed.
At the start of each session
- Read
references/character-package.md, determine the run directory, character status, and current character. - If the user has no explicit character or art style in this round, and this is the entry point for this use, enter "Art Style Selection" first; do not ask for a photo or article at the same time.
- Select the stage based on user input, and only read other reference files needed for the current stage and the selected art style.
Art Style Selection
When the user only invokes this Skill, or is preparing to create a new character but has not specified an art style, ask only the following question and do not call image tools:
这次想使用哪一种插画风格?
1. 松散线描水彩:轻盈手绘线条、薄水彩、纯白留白
2. 复古彩色扁平 3D:原有 Punk 小剧场风格
The user can reply directly with the name or number. When the user explicitly requests Punk, no need to ask again; fixed selection is retro-flat-3d. When a character has already been explicitly specified, by default read the stylein that character's manifest; when an old manifest lacks this field, use retro-flat-3d. Only override the character default when the user explicitly wants to change the art style, and regenerate that art style's design card and clean reference image according to "Revise Character".
First-Use Guidance
After the user selects an art style, if no photo or article has been uploaded and there is no confirmed character in the run directory, then send the following brief guidance and do not call image tools:
Hi,我是 Punk,欢迎使用 Punk IP Illustrations。
每个人都是独立的个体,也拥有属于自己的强大 IP。愿你在这里找到自己的品牌价值。
已选择:<松散线描水彩 / 复古彩色扁平 3D>
请上传一张清晰的人物照片,并告诉我角色名称或昵称;也可以直接启用内置 Punk(固定使用复古彩色扁平 3D)。
接下来我会:
1. 按所选画风生成人物角色设定图;
2. 生成干净人物参考图;
3. 请你确认或提出修改;
4. 确认后,用这个角色为文章自动配图。
If a current confirmed character already exists, do not repeatedly ask for a photo upload; briefly state the current character name and ask the user to provide an article, opinion, link, or file.
Stage Routing
- The user only invokes the Skill and has no explicit character or art style: enter "Art Style Selection" first.
- The user has selected an art style, has not provided a photo or article, and there is no confirmed character: enter "First-Use Guidance".
- The user uploads a person's photo and asks to create an IP: enter "Create Personal Character".
- The user asks to use Punk directly: enter "Enable Built-in Punk".
- The current character is
draft, and the user requests appearance modifications: enter "Revise Character". - The user explicitly says "confirm", "use this", or "finalize": enter "Confirm Character".
- The user provides an article, opinion, link, or file, and a confirmed character exists: enter "Article Illustration".
- The user asks to list, import, or switch characters: enter "Character Management".
- The user provides both a photo and an article, but there is no confirmed character: first create the character and stop at the confirmation step; do not add illustrations in advance, and do not copy the article into the character directory.
- Requesting article illustrations directly without a confirmed character: first determine the art style, then guide the user to upload a photo to create a character, or ask whether to enable the built-in Punk.
Create a personal character
Always read:
references/character-package.mdreferences/tool-workflow.md
Then, based on the selected art style, fully read one of the two:
retro-flat-3d:references/ip-builder.mdloose-watercolor:references/loose-watercolor-character.md
Execution order:
- Confirm that an art style has been selected; if not selected, first ask only about the art style. Use the user's uploaded real-person photo as the sole source of identity. If the user has not provided a character name, ask only for the character name or nickname.
- Extract face shape, facial feature proportions, hairstyle, hairline, skin tone, apparent age, body type, fixed clothing, shoes, accessories, and overall demeanor.
- Call the image generation tool to generate the character design sheet according to the selected style reference file: for 3D style, use the main character plus front, left side, back, and right side; for loose watercolor, use a horizontal five-view layout of front, side, back, 3/4, and natural action.
- Then generate a clean single-character full-body reference image with a transparent background or pure white background; do not copy the design sheet title, border, or multi-view layout.
- Write out
character-spec.md, recording only observable, reusable fixed visual features, without inferring sensitive attributes or private information. - Register the three artifacts and the selected
styleas adraftcharacter pack. Prefer runningscripts/character_registry.py register --style <style>; if the script is unavailable, manually create the equivalent structure according toreferences/character-package.md. - Show the character design sheet and the clean reference image, report the character pack path, and ask the user only whether to confirm or modify.
Character drafts must not be activated automatically. Do not skip confirmation just because the user also provided an article.
Enable the built-in Punk
The built-in Punk has already been confirmed by the author, so there is no need to regenerate images or wait for appearance confirmation.
Punk always uses retro-flat-3d; even if the user first selected loose watercolor, as long as they explicitly switch to Punk, state this binding and use the original style, and do not redraw Punk in watercolor.
- Read
references/character-spec.md。 - Use the following official assets:
assets/punk-character-sheet.pngassets/punk-character-reference-clean.pngreferences/character-spec.md
- If
punkdoes not yet exist in the run directory, runregister --style retro-flat-3dto register these assets, then runconfirm。 - If a confirmed Punk already exists, run
activate。 - After setting Punk as the current character, you can proceed directly to article illustration.
Revise the character
- Read the current draft's design sheet, clean reference image, character specification, and
style。 - Convert the user's modification into one clear visual change, keeping unmentioned identity features unchanged.
- Pass in the image to be modified, the original photo (if still accessible), and the current clean reference image at the same time; fix only one main issue at a time.
- Recheck consistency between the main view and each angle and action view.
- Save as a new version without overwriting old files, register again as
draft, and wait for confirmation. - When the user requests a change of art style, regenerate the design card and clean reference image according to the new art style, register the new
styleas a new version of the same character, and then wait for confirmation; do not merely change the manifest while continuing to reuse old-style assets.
Confirm the character
- Execute only when the user explicitly confirms; the built-in Punk is the exception.
- Check that the character setting board, clean reference image, and character specification all exist.
- Run
python3 scripts/character_registry.py confirm --root <runtime-root> --slug <character-slug>。 - Change the status to
confirmedand updatecurrent-character.json。 - Inform the user that the character is now available for article illustrations, and provide an example of how to invoke it next.
Article Illustration
Full read:
references/article-workflow.mdreferences/tool-workflow.md- the character specification file in the current character pack
After parsing the character, per the style in the manifest, choose one of the two and fully read:
retro-flat-3d:references/illustration-style.mdloose-watercolor:references/loose-watercolor-style.md
Execution order:
- Use
scripts/character_registry.py resolveto parse the user-specified character; when unspecified, parse the current character. Use only theconfirmedcharacter, and use the returnedstyleto determine the art style. - Read the full article or all input; do not infer the full text from the title or fragments.
- Decide the number of images based on information density, and choose a different cognitive anchor for each image.
- For each image, separately decide whether to use "process breakdown" or "core action".
- By default, use the current character's clean single-person image as the identity reference; only add the character setting board when verifying side, back, or multiple angles.
- Call the image generation tool once independently for each cognitive anchor, check and save each one individually; do not replace multiple images with a single collage.
- Finally, report each image's purpose, actual absolute path, and suggested insertion position in order. By default, do not modify the original text.
Character Management
- List characters: run
python3 scripts/character_registry.py list --root <runtime-root>。 - Switch character: run
python3 scripts/character_registry.py activate --root <runtime-root> --slug <character-slug>。 - View current character: run
python3 scripts/character_registry.py resolve --root <runtime-root>。 - Change art style: follow "Revise Character" to regenerate the setting card and clean reference image and confirm again; do not directly modify the manifest.
- Activating the
draftcharacter is not allowed. - New versions of a character with the same name retain historical images, but the manifest points only to the latest version.
Image Tool Requirements
- Use the host's built-in image generation tool or an equivalent image generation/editing interface.
- When creating a new image, pass in the identity reference image; when editing an image, pass in both the original image to be modified and the identity reference image.
- When creating a character, the person's photo is used only as an identity reference; do not copy the original background, other people, text, watermarks, or irrelevant objects.
- Article illustrations must not copy the character setting board's background, title, border, direction labels, or multi-view layout.
- If the tool cannot save to the target directory, retain the actual path returned by the tool and report it truthfully; do not fabricate paths.
- If the host has no image generation capability, output the complete executable prompt, reference image paths, and save plan, and clearly state that the image has not yet been generated.
Privacy and Boundaries
- By default, do not copy the original person's photo into the character pack, and do not upload photos, articles, or generated characters to a public repository.
- Character packs and article illustrations are saved only in the user's local runtime directory.
- Do not guess name, occupation, ethnicity, health, political inclination, religion, sexual orientation, or other sensitive attributes from photos.
- Do not overwrite existing character assets or illustrations; use versions such as
-v2、-v3. - Only write image links into the original article when the user explicitly requests it.
