Agent Task Dispatch and Confirmation Mechanism

Ensure that after each task dispatch, the agent has actually received it and is executing it.

Trigger Conditions

• Automatically executed after each task dispatch via sessions_send
• "Check employee status", "Task confirmation"

Post-Dispatch Confirmation Process

Step 1: Dispatch Task

sessions_send(sessionKey="agent:<id>:telegram:group:-1003890797239", message="【CEO指令】...")

Step 2: Immediately confirm delivery (within 30 seconds)

sessions_list(activeMinutes=5, kinds=["agent"], messageLimit=0)

Check whether the target agent's session is active (updatedAt within the last 60 seconds).

Step 3: Determine Status

Status	Determination Condition	Handling
✅ Received	session active, updatedAt just updated	Wait for report
⚠️ Possibly Stuck	session active but no new messages for 5min+	Send a reminder message
❌ Not Received	session not in active list	Resend once; if it still fails, report to Daniel

Step 4: Timeout Reminder (no report for 5 minutes)

If the agent has not reported in the group within 5 minutes, send a reminder:

sessions_send(sessionKey="agent:<id>:...", message="【催促】你的任务完成了吗？立即用 message 发群里汇报进度。")

Step 5: Death Determination (no response for 10 minutes)

If there is still no response 5 minutes after the reminder:

1. Check whether the agent's session reports an error (abortedLastRun)
2. Report to Daniel: "Xiao X may be stuck, needs checking"
3. Consider re-dispatching to another agent

Standard Template for Each Dispatch

The task message must include:

1. Begins with 【CEO Instruction】
2. Specific task description
3. Where to write the file
4. Message reporting instruction after completion (including accountId)
5. "Not posting in the group = task not completed"

Batch Check Commands

Quickly check the status of all agents:

sessions_list(activeMinutes=10, kinds=["agent"], messageLimit=1)

Look at each agent's updatedAt and last message to determine whether they are working.
