Decisions on experience standards belong to this package's design responsibility, while the knowledge responsibility handles storage and indexing.
Write-back occurs only within authorized target scope, is executed via official repository/platform tools and read back; candidates are not automatically converted to confirmed, and partial failures only resume the missing synchronization without rerunning the business. Output hit basis, conclusions/unknowns, verifiable sources, actual write-back status, and read volume; do not falsely claim token savings.
