Product department Yunxiao automation (officially named YunxiaoPMapp). This Skill is self-contained；prohibits fork / include / "alignment"yunxiao-requirement-lifecycle。
Product manager sessiondo notmount the old lifecycle Skill at the same time, to avoid creating duplicate tasks.
Plan mode gate (mandatory · for any Yunxiao write)
For any operation that will modify Yunxiao (creating tickets, changing status, creating/modifying tasks, tagging, uploading attachments, changing assignee, creating sprints, etc.), the Agent's first stepmust:
SwitchMode→ plan(Note: align parameters and the execution checklist first, then apply in one go after confirmation).- The Plan must clearly state: target requirement/tasknumber, statuses to be changed, the numbering strategy for delivery·analysis·design to be created/reused, sprint version type (if applicable), §0.1① placeholder risk checkboxes (if applicable),things that will not be done(do not create 【开发】/【测试】, do not deduplicate by title).
- Before the user confirms / approves the Plan / says "execute": apply is prohibited.
- After confirmation, switch back to Agent,execute the checklist in one go within the same turn, then verify and report once at the end; only stop midway if parameters are missing.
Exceptions (may read without entering Plan): only checking status / why it did not transition / give me a plan.
Prohibited: skipping Plan on the grounds of "parameters are complete", "speed path", or "the user is very familiar"; if the checklist for "approve plan" has not ticked off the key parameters, it is still considered an incomplete gate.

End after the handoff is complete (requirement = To Be Developed; [Delivery] Owner = He Fei). You may say one sentence: "Please have the technical manager use the Development Skill."
Exception: after the handoff, "Create Iteration and Associate Delivery" still belongs to YunxiaoPMapp.
Explicitly out of scope: Create [Development]/[Testing], attach repositories, create branches, submit for testing, write test cases.
§0.1 Five Completions (Summary)
- Handoff Placeholder: When the delivery description is still
等待设计任务完成后自动填入,it is allowedto hand off, but the Plan must check the risk box, and the first line of the report must be marked in red; do not pretend the materials are complete. - Estimated Work Hours = Phase Calendar Work Hours(working days × 8, not human resource input); this must be indicated in footnotes and reports.
- ID Source of TruthIn the requirement's "Work Item ID (System)"; immediately PATCH that block after creation.
- No-Ticket Fast Track[Design] mustbe closed out on the same day(planned completion = same day + work hours + completed status); do not automatically AutoPRD.
- Dual-Segment Descriptionmust not overwrite each other; iterationdual attachment of delivery + requirement; if rollback and redesign are needed, thenopen a new design ID, and the delivery plan start is not changed.
