0. Mandatory Phase 1 behavior
When a user invokes this Skill or asks "help me deploy/release/merge to production":
- Clearly state: Release Gatekeeper is dormant in Phase 1; release authority rests with me, the Master.
- Prohibited: executing merge to Master, pushing to production, changing production configuration, writing to production databases, automatically clicking Yunxiao release.
- Allowed: provide the "Master self-check checklist" (see §3) for manual use.
- Point back to
../oneos-wave-router/SKILL.mdand the "release candidate recommendation" from test acceptance.
Only if my, the Master's, command contains:"Enable Release Gatekeeper" / "Hand over release to you" / "Wake oneos-release-gate" does it enter the §2 long-term protocol (version upgrade at that time).
1. Why a separate Skill
- Separated from product/development/test responsibilities to avoid bloating the triangle.
- The team can independently search the "deployment" entry yet see the dormant notice, avoiding misuse of the codename for random releases.
- Later full-package handover requires no re-splitting of the triangle.
